Character mistake: Sarah is a trained expert with predatory animals. But when her jacket is covered with blood (and not just any blood, the blood of the infant T-rex), and they're in a forest surrounded with carnivorous dinosaurs, and she knows that they need to pass through Velociraptor territory, and she thinks that the T-rex might follow them, she doesn't think to take the jacket off. And the others, who also happen to be hunters who would surely know that the blood would attract predators, don't say anything about it.

Suggested correction: While you are right, it's still not that much of a mistake because not only does it tie into the Butterfly Effect from the first movie, but also maybe Roland used it to his advantage, meaning an opportunity to shoot the Buck Rex since using its baby didn't work.
You're really grasping at straws on this one. The top priority for everyone at this point is to find safe shelter. A bunch of dinosaur experts aren't going to jeopardize that by allowing someone in their group to walk through dangerous territory with blood-soaked clothing, and Roland isn't going to risk the lives of other people to hunt the T-rex. This is just bad writing by the filmmakers, plain and simple.
What butterfly effect?
He's talking about when Ian Malcolm was explaining chaos theory and used the term "butterfly effect." But like Phaneron said, the person was really grasping as straws and this scene has nothing to do with what Malcom was talking about.
Suggested correction: I don't think this is actually a mistake. Yes Sarah's jacket is covered in blood from the baby T-Rex, but as you say they've got to pass through Velociraptor territory. In JP3 it was noted that the T-Rex pee keeps smaller dinosaurs away but actually attracts the Spinosaurus. The scent of the T-Rex blood could actually also have the same effect as the pee at keeping the smaller dinosaurs away.

Corrected entry: Near the end of the movie, Peter Ludlow (the snivelling nephew of John Hammond who wants to create Jurassic Park in San Diego) is addressing company stockholders as they wait for the cargo ship to arrive. He says something to the effect of: "I'd like to thank you all for being intrepid enough to show up in the wee small hours of the morning." Those last six words, and the color of the sky make it seem like it is four or five in the morning at the latest. For that early, San Diego is a busy town. The buses are running, business men are out, video rental stores are open (and with plenty of customers), and generally a lot of people are out to run away from the T-Rex. I have to imagine that the mass of people running in terror (even though it is early in the morning) were put in as an homage to old monster movies. Same thing could be said for the Japanese business men. (01:38:10)
Correction: Ludlow already established that it's nighttime, not morning, when he says "tonight we christen Jurassic Park San Diego." He says this will happen in 30 minutes, so he's not talking about "tonight" being 13+ hours away. The sentence you're referring to was just the beginning of a different part of his speech which was interrupted and the "wee small hours" wasn't referring to that moment. He could have been talking about all the early mornings they put in in the past, or they all showed up at various times that morning and waited around till that moment. But it wasn't morning and he never said it was.
As well as after he addresses the people. A man walks into the shack to try to radio the ship. You can see a clock on the wall that says about 9:30. If it were A.M. it would be light out.

Corrected entry: After Dieter falls down the slope, the next few camera shots are 1st person views of the small dinosaurs which are about to attack him. The 1st shot ends a short distance from his face, at the speed which the camera zoomed in, during the 2nd shot the 1st dinosaur should have reached him. Likewise, during the 3rd shot, both the 1st and 2nd dinosaurs should have reached him, but they have not. They only reach him during the overhead camera shot. (01:12:20)
Correction: They're not continuous shots, just different perspectives of the same event, so that the 2nd and 3rd camera zooms aren't chronologically after the 1st one, but happen at the same time. Rather than put 3 images up at once, they show it this way. Likewise, the aerial view is showing the attack in full, not cutting to it after the dinosaurs are already there.

Corrected entry: When Jeff Goldblum is giving his daughter the news about him going away for a few days, he gives her a piece of paper with someone's number on it. However, in the next shot Jeff has the paper back in his hand. (00:16:30)
Correction: This is very vague, because he hands her the paper twice (since both times she got rid of the paper). When he gives her the paper the first time, she keeps it. Later in the scene she throws the paper at him (where it lands on his shoulder) and he takes it, but gives it back. At the desk, she puts the paper down on the desk and he picks it up and gives it back to her. But there's never a shot of him holding the paper when he shouldn't be.

Corrected entry: When the vehicle is hanging off the cliff and the glass at the rear slowly begins to crack, it does so like sheet ice (or conventional window glass). Safety glass in vehicles would either be laminated (in which case it wouldn't shatter at all), or it would break into a million fragments. (00:55:55)
Correction: There's nothing to suggest it was a safety glass window. We see crew members welding on the vehicles and the fact that the deadline was cut could mean they used a conventional window to save time.

Corrected entry: In Hammond's bedroom, Ian distinctly asks, "And who are these four lunatics that you're trying to con into this?", before Hammond states the specific number in the team. This is backed up by the subtitles. (00:10:40)
Correction: He mentions 4 people because on the desk are 4 personnel folders. He (correctly so) figured these four folders were the members of Hammond's team.
