Corrected entry: The second time Optimus Prime asks Sam about Captain Witwicky's glasses, his great-grandfather (as established earlier in the movie), Sam calls him "my grandfather".
Correction: Not really a mistake, I never referred to my great-grandfather as "great-grandfather", I always called him grandpa. So Sam could've just been doing the same thing.

Corrected entry: Surely Triple A could just locate the payphone that Phoebe was using to know where she was?
Correction: At the time this show aired, caller ID wasn't as wide spread as it is now, however even if they did have caller ID most pay phones come up blocked or private anyway. Even if they did have the number it won't give them the exact location - they aren't the police, so they just can't put a trace on a phone call.

Corrected entry: In 10-9, The One With The Birth Mother, Erika hands Monica and Chandler a sonagram picture. Would they not see that she is carrying two babies on the sonagram? In the episode where Erika is giving birth, neither she nor Monica nor Chandler know that she is expecting twins.
Correction: It is possible that one baby was behind the other and couldn't be seen by the sonogram, this happens very commonly.
