When Thing is shown running across Reed's body to get to the Greek ship, it is now blue instead of brown. When Reed unstretches himself, it is now shown to be his bare legs that were the bridge. Continuity mistake: After Thing throws the Persian commander into the ocean, the cuff on Johnny's left wrist briefly turns the same color as his skin. (00:14:15)

Continuity mistake: When the heroes fall asleep next to the Coffin of Argos, Thing is at the top of it, and Johnny's head is positioned midway with his feet nearly level with the top. When the Persians begin approaching them, the top of the coffin has now flipped to the opposite side, with Johnny's head resting near it, and Thing's head in line with the middle. The coffin also went from resting on the ground to being on top of a pile of treasure. (00:12:29 - 00:12:50)

Continuity mistake: When the heroes are fending off the attacking Persian army, Johnny flies by a group of them and throws fire at them to keep them at bay. When he flies by again going the opposite direction, the animators have drawn him considerably smaller than he was on his first pass. (00:04:59)
