Factual error: When they capture the trucks they first say that there is no nuclear material. But later find that the warheads are nuclear. A Geiger counter would pick up nuclear material from a warhead or a dirty bomb. Also, they are worried about the bombs being unstable. No way are the cores unstable. The conventional explosives could be. Why wouldn't they separate the explosives from the warhead? Finally, wouldn't you scout out the bridge before driving across? There are tons of loose boards.

Character mistake: When trying to teach Banshee to fly, he is told to make his sound waves super sonic. Sound waves cannot be super sonic. Sound can only travel at the speed of sound, it always does. I guess they were trying to tell him to use a very high frequency, but the speed would still be the speed of sound.
