Demolition Man (1993)

Corrected entry: It is mentioned, that the only place they can get guns is the museum. Where do they get ammo? They must have had only a limited amount of ammo at the museum, for display purposes. Also, where does Edgar Friendly's gang get bullets?

Correction: There would have been enough ammo in the museum for the gun fight with Spartan and Phoenix. As far as Edgar Friendly is concerned, gunpowder can be made fairly easily, they could cast their own bullets and reuse the shells.

Bowfinger (1999)

Corrected entry: When Heather Graham's character is running with Kit Ramsey (Eddie Murphy) towards the end of the movie, she keeps switching between speaking with her "Chubby Rain" Hispanic accent and with her normal speaking manner. Understandable she might only need to speak with a Hispanic accent for Chubby Rain's filming, but since she knew that Kit Ramsey didn't know he was being filmed for a movie, you'd think she'd try to keep her character (and hence her accent) consistent to avoid raising his suspicion.

Correction: Yes, but remember that her character is an amateur and inexperienced actress. Slipping in and out of her accent would not be out of the question for her.

Silent Hill (2006)

Corrected entry: When Rose returns to her car for the first time we see her retrieve her mobile phone from the compartment between the two front seats. In the following shot, as she's trying to call her husband, the phone is miraculously attached to a strap around her neck where it stays for the rest of the film. At no point in between do we actually see her place the neckstrap on.

Correction: Actually when she calls her husband there's a very quick shot of her putting the strap around her neck.
