Hitman (2007)

Corrected entry: While Mike Whittier goes through 47's weapons bag, he finds a room key which turns out to be a key to the archbishop's room in the final scene. He ends up saying "you planned this all along". However, 47 couldn't have planted this in advance. In the hotel room after the assassination, he didn't know that he was double-crossed yet. The police came for him leaving him no time to have get a key even if he did plan the whole thing in advance he still needed to plant the key in his bag.

Correction: Agent 47 did not plan to leave the key. It was left along with everything when he was forced to flee the hotel. After realizing that the key was left in the bag, and that the interpol agent would figure things out, he devised a plan to wait for him because he knew he had found the key.

Stefanie

Correction: As it was stated in the original correction, Agent 47 hasn't known that he was double-crossed yet. At the time when Diana calls him, the key already has to be in the suitcase, counting on Udre Belikoff's funeral in the exact location it has happened way before the Agent even knew about his existence or the fact that he was tricked.

28 Weeks Later (2007)

Corrected entry: In 28 Days Later, they make mention that the virus spread as far as New York. However in this movie, they make it seem like the virus was only in England and nowhere else.

SAZOO1975

Correction: While it is rumored in this film that the virus has spread outside England, another character does in fact point out that it would be impossible seeing as how you know within 10 seconds or so if you have the virus or not. Customs would see you coming from a mile away, making it impossible to spread past the island.

Stefanie

So how does it spread to France? Why wasn't the French military guarding the tunnel, or even blocking access completely?

Corrected entry: If Evan goes back in time and changes the course of events, then wouldn't that change what's written in the journals? When Evan "wakes up" in a new reality, each time he doesn't really know what type of person he is currently or what type of life he leads, yet when he reads his journals, he knows right where to find what he's looking for. If he had changed everything that had happened in his life up until then, wouldn't what was written in the journals change also?

Correction: Evan only writes what he can remember happening BEFORE the blackouts. When he returns in time, he tries to fix what happened DURING the blackouts. Therefore, he would still have his entries about where they were and what they were doing, just not what actually happened.

Freaky Friday (2003)

Corrected entry: As we see in the scene when Anna [in Tess' body] is at the office, she says, "Whoa, she's blind." When she reads the piece of paper. Yet, when she reads the paper that Harry wrote, she does not have to adjust the paper so she can read it.

Correction: She doesn't have to adjust it because it is already at arms' length, she can see it.

Stefanie

She does adjust it, but for a split second. Watch closely.

Corrected entry: In the scene where Seraph and Sati are being chased by Agent Smiths in the Oracle's apartment building, Seraph breaks open a door only to enter the room and close the door behind him. That door should not have clicked shut, nor would we hear Smith open the door while Seraph and Sati are hiding, as the lock was broken, so it should be able to just swing open. It's not just the second door we hear open - there are two door click noises.

Correction: Seraph only breaks the security lock (which you can see as he shuts it from the inside) as he turns the doorknob when he shoulders the door open. By doing this the knob and all its workings are left intact, thus it would still be possible for the door to click shut and open.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: In the scene where Dorian has supposedly killed Mina, when she is 'killed' her hair is curly, yet when she gets back up once Dorian has removed the sword, her hair is straight.

Correction: If you will notice, throughout the movie Mina's hair and overall "look" changes when she is in her vampire persona. She would have calmed down after he stabbed her, and she reverted to her "usual-looking" self.

The Core (2003)

Corrected entry: Virgil has 6 compartments; the locomotive, navigation, living quarters, engineering, the bombs and weapons control. The last compartment is breached, ejected and crushed with Serge in it, leaving 5. There are 5 nuclear bombs dropped off in separate compartments after the destruction of weapons control, yet they still have the locomotive to get out of the core. That makes 7. (00:41:30)

Correction: Virgil does have 7 compartments. The 6 compartments referred to earlier did not include the locomotive part of the ship.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: In relation to Neo taking a ship to the Machine City, someone says something along the lines of "But no one has been within 100km of the Machine City in 100 years", but in the first Matrix, Morpheus says something like "I did not believe it until I saw it with my own eyes".

Correction: Morpheus stated in the first Matrix that there are "endless fields" he saw with his own eyes. These endless fields reach in every direction, Morpheus could have been hundreds of miles away from the main city when he saw them, supporting the claim that no one has come within 100km of the actual city.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: In the scene when the kids are turning up the radio to hear the "news" about the church (in the first Jeepers Creepers) still finding bodies, why would it be broadcasting anyway? Its 23 years later. It doesn't take that long to bring out 300 bodies.

Correction: This new movie takes place right after the last. They would still be getting the bodies and looking for more.

Stefanie

Correction: The boy in the cornfield is day 22. The bus is day 23. The reporter says "south of Bertwillo 4 days ago" I think that makes Jeepers Creepers day 19.

Yep.

Corrected entry: In the first movie, the old black lady says that when you hear the song "jeepers creepers" or something like that, the creeper is coming for someone. How come they didn't play the song in the second movie?

Correction: The old woman says that she has had a vision in which that song is played. She never states that the song must play before he hunts.

Stefanie

Correction: The song was only relevant to the first film because it foreshadowed Darry's fate in the end. There is no reason for the song to play in the second movie as Darry has already met his end.

Blank Check (1994)

Corrected entry: The kid cashes a check for a million dollars and spends it over roughly a month. No bank in America would cash a check for that much without A. verifying the amount with the issuer of the check and B. waiting 10-15 days for the check to clear.

Grumpy Scot

Correction: Since the FBI was on him from the start, it's entirely possible they OK'd the deposit ASAP. This would give them a head start on tracking the issuer.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: During the news report that is on in Eugene's hospital room, the anchorwoman says that the pipe that killed Kat was metal, but it wasn't - it was plastic.

MoonFaery

Correction: Many times a newsroom has mis-reported an incident. Other times two news stations may report different accounts of the same story.

Stefanie

Correction: It is unlikely, but still personal taste.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: How do John, Catherine, and the Terminator gain access to the military compound where Catherine's father is located? We can assume that the T-X gained access using her ability to disguise herself, but our heroes just waltz in to try and stop her. Surely there would have been tight security to prevent unauthorized personnel from easily gaining access to the facility, not to mention the command center.

Correction: There is a scene just before this in the building that shows guards and others lying dead at her feet. John, Catherine, and the Terminator could get in because those who would've stopped them were dead.

She's All That (1999)

Corrected entry: Paul Walker picks her up for the prom and she is not ready at all. At the prom, she has her hair up in a French twist. Knowing how little Lanie cared about her looks, it's doubtful she did this hairdo herself. Who did it? Her dad? Her brother?

Correction: It is doubtful, but not unlikely. She could have done it herself.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: During the duelling club scene, Snape tells Lockhart that instead of disarming, he should teach the students to block unfriendly spells first. Lockart says it's an excellent idea, and Harry and Malfoy are called up. But then Lockhart still tells them to cast spells to disarm their opponent. What happened to blocking spells first? (01:06:04)

princesskelli

Correction: Lockhart was just humoring him, he didn't actually take him seriously.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: During the scene in Catherine's hospital, the TX determines that John Connor has been there recently by tasting some of his blood and matching the DNA. This raises the question of how did the machines manage to get a sample of John's blood in the first place? And even if they did somehow manage, since John was not considered a target why would they bother giving her the data for his blood?

Correction: They could have swiped the blood from the battlefield in the future. It would be easy. Also, John Connor was her primary target. She was sent to destroy others in case she could not find him.

Stefanie

Corrected entry: In the scene at the veterinarian's, the T-850 throws Catherine into the van. He then slams the doors and grabs a tire iron. He puts it through the flimsy screen door handles on the back of the van, and then bends it double using one hand. This should rip the handles right off the door.

Correction: Not unless he was using the handles for leverage, which he wasn't.

28 Days Later (2002)

Corrected entry: Near the end, Jim and the girls break out of the army safe-house by ramming the gate in the taxi. They hit it with such force that they are thrown across the cab. But in the next scene we see the cab outside the cottage and there isn't a even a scratch on the front of the car.

Correction: The next scene takes place 28 days later, plenty of time to fix the vehicle or acquire one very similar to it.

What Women Want (2000)

Corrected entry: Mel Gibson's apartment has a balcony. However, the exterior shots of the building the apartment is supposed to be in clearly show that none of the apartments have balconies.

Correction: There could be balconies on the other side of the building. We don't know since we never see a shot all the way around the building.
