Continuity mistake: Chris Evans takes his shoes off to fight in the final fight scene and then miraculously has them back on as he's shot and lying on ground.

Suggested correction: He doesn't take his shoes off. He takes one shoe off and tips it upside down, like there is a pebble or something in it, and then he puts it back on before he stands up to fight.

Candyman (1992)
Continuity mistake: The first time Helen is at Cabrini Green and she goes through the medicine cabinet into the other apartment she has to actually crawl through the small opening in the wall where the medicine cabinet is, but when she goes back at the end to find the baby the hole in the wall has grown considerably, she just crouches and walks right through.

Suggested correction: The hole became bigger because the Candyman is there now. Do you expect him to crawl?
I don't expect him to have to go through the opening at all since he is the Candyman. He can get into places without walking through a physical opening.

A Red Pill, a Blue Pill - S6-E14
Corrected entry: Natalie gives her Mom pills from a medical trial without authorization. When she brings her Mom into the ED and asked about what pills she has taken, she lies about the trial meds. When the pills need to be examined, Natalie goes to the car, takes out the trial pills from a pill organizer and shoves them loosely in her pocket. When she is later confronted about the pills she reluctantly takes them out of her pocket, but now they are conveniently inside a plastic pill bottle.
Correction: There was a scene after Natalie goes back into the hospital after getting the purse from the car where she is in the doctors lounge area (where their lockers are) and we see her take the pills from her pocket and put them into the bottle.

Continuity mistake: When Ryder gets Garber to sit down in the cab, there is a bullet hole in front of Garber, when the train moves, the bullet hole is gone. (01:12:00)

Suggested correction: The bullet hole in the window was not directly in front of Garber. Ramos was shot through the window when he was sitting on the left side, the driver's side is on the right. When Garber sits down in the driver's seat he's at an angle when the bullet hole comes into focus. All other shots of Garber without the bullet hole are showing him straight on where the bullet hole cannot be seen.

Law Abiding Citizen (2009)
Corrected entry: When Nick and Clyde are talking outside the prison fence, Clyde's mouth is bleeding after Nick hit him. In the next clip there is no trace of blood. Even if he has tried to wipe his mouth with his hand (which we don't see) there would be some blood visible.
Correction: He doesn't wipe his mouth, but he does spit out the blood, and he kind of moves his tongue around his mouth before he spits which would have removed most of the blood from his mouth. There probably should have been some blood left in his mouth, though, it would have been hard to get it all with the movement he does.

The Hurricane Heist (2018)
Corrected entry: The dark haired brother is on the driver's side of the last bad guy "tractor" trailer at the end of the movie. It shows him being thrown off the tractor and falling to the ground. But all of a sudden he appears and takes over driving the tractor trailer.
Correction: That wasn't the brother that got thrown off the tractor. The brother grabbed the bad guy who was driving (the one that was shot) and pulled him out so he could get in.

Scorpion (2014)
Corrected entry: When Paige and Walter are in the balloon, Paige is blacking out due to lack of oxygen. Happy, over the radio, gives her instructions, and when there's no confirmation, she yells "Dineen!" (the actress who plays Paige).
Correction: No. Dineen is the character Paige's last name. The actress that plays Paige is Katharine McPhee.

The Secret Life of Pets (2016)
Corrected entry: When Gidget and the other pets go into the yellow tunnel-pipe thing to be one step closer to finding Max, you can see Tiberius (the hawk) falls to the side of the tunnel, but later it is revealed he actually went through it.
Correction: He didn't go through the tunnel. He flew down to the ground and when he landed he ended up directly under the tunnel. That's how he got to the ground first even though he was the last one to leave the roof.

Corrected entry: When Jax goes to see the truck driver in the hospital, he's in a gown with blood all over it and blood on his face. The doctors would clean a patient up and certainly don't make a patient wear a bloody hospital gown.
Correction: Just before Jax goes into the hospital room he sees two guys leaving. They had just been in the room and beat the guy up. That's why he's covered in blood.

Corrected entry: As Holly and Jensen are discussing Velma (one of the Scooby Doo characters), two figures can be seen crouched down and crossing from right to left behind a ridge in the background, at about the same level as Holly's right elbow. (00:38:00)
Correction: This is not a mistake. The figures you see in the background in this scene are the creatures that are in the movie. This is one of the first glimpses of them, it's a tension builder.

Correction: The airplane was inside the dome when it crashed.

Corrected entry: In the scene where Rigsby takes the envelope out of the mail box, he says, 'Postmarked 20th December.' But in full view of the camera, it's postmarked 28th December.
Correction: I just watched this episode and he does say 28th, he's just talking kind of fast.

Corrected entry: If Brody's clay-mask makes him colder, he should appear as a dark blue silhouette against the flames and not be concealed within them.
Correction: The clay doesn't make him colder, it simply hides the heat from his body allowing him to blend in with the flames around him.

Corrected entry: When the CBI breaks in the door to Gina's house they kick the door in and break the doorjamb. When the Federal Marshals come in they also kick the door in and break the door again.
Correction: The CBI kicked in the front door. The Marshals came in the back door.

Corrected entry: In the scene when they walk into the television room there are only three pairs of glasses but later all five of them have glasses on.
Correction: There are actually six pairs of glasses. Three on each side of the door.
