Continuity mistake: When Passepartout is pursuing the air-balloon the jumps over a wall and lands on some sacks, making one of the sacks fall to the ground. When the thugs jumps over the same wall and runs away the sack is nowhere in sight. (00:32:10)

Continuity mistake: When Passepartout and Fogg are arguing with the ticket seller about the train and Passepartout spots the Asian thugs, there is a shot that shows Passepartout's face and in the background you can see the ticket seller putting his cigarette to his mouth.
