When it cuts from behind him you can see the reflection in the mirror that the hood is tucked in under the jacket and no longer hanging over his shoulder. (00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: As Cindy picks up the videotape in Brenda's room, you can see she is holding the back side of the videotape. When it cuts the videotape has suddenly rotated in her hand. (00:35:10)

Continuity mistake: When Father Muldoon is knocking on Cindy's door, she walks towards it. It is a frosted glass door, but you should be able to see if someone is standing behind it. We can't see Muldoon standing there at all. It cuts to Cindy opening the door, and then back to Muldoon standing in the door opening. We can also see a painting in the hall, and when Cindy closes the door we can see the painting through the glass door. How come we didn't see Muldoon? (00:13:15)

Continuity mistake: When Mahalik is shouting "Live, damn it, live." and slapping Brenda while she is in the coffin, you can see George standing straight up beside him. When it cuts George is bending down screaming. (00:32:45)

Continuity mistake: After George has closed the well, the alien appears. Cody and Cindy gasp, and you see Cindy putting her arm on Cody's right shoulder. George climbs up from the hole and puts his hand on Cindy's shoulder. When it cuts, Cindy's hand is on Cody's left shoulder and George's hand is on Cody's right shoulder. (01:10:20)

Continuity mistake: When the alien says goodbye to George, Cindy and Cody, you can see both Cody and Cindy holding their arms down. When it cuts, Cody has both his hands up waving at the alien and Cindy has one arm up waving. (01:10:35)

Continuity mistake: Just as the Presidents have bumped the door into Tabitha and said "...we're all counting on you.", you see Cody, Cindy and George standing with their backs to the trapdoor. When it cuts, they are standing with their backs to an opposite wall. (01:10:00)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy is in the cellar and Tabitha is standing right behind her following her moves, Cindy then tries to surprise Tabitha by quickly turning around. Tabitha then jumps to the side and stands still for about half a second. Then it cuts to a wide shot and you see Tabitha slightly move to the side again and her hair swings (which it wouldn't as Tabitha was standing in that position for a second already). (01:08:05)

Continuity mistake: When George is done throwing up you can see he has got some vomit around his mouth. The amount and position of the vomit changes between the shots. (00:14:50)

When The Oracle is putting out her cigarette you can see the ashtray has changed position. The ashtray has moved closer to the lamp and the two candles on the table. (00:40:50)
