Gods and Generals (2003)

Revealing mistake: When the Yankees are moving along the field taking artillery fire, a shot shows a shell landing in a group of men, in which a few go flying. When one lands in front of the camera, you can see the ground lift up and the sound of him hitting the mat instead of the ground. (On Disc 2). (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: When Peter shoots webs around his room and hits the rocket over, all that is on the nightstand is the cool light bulb lamp, the picture and the Dr. Pepper can. When it flips back to the nightstand again you can see some weird green alarm clock next to the overturned picture. (00:33:15)

Braveheart (1995)

Deliberate mistake: In the funeral scene of Wallace's father and brother, the little girl picks a flower for young Wallace. Look closely when she picks the flower- its already been cut. [This was to make it easier for the little girl to pick it so not to hurt herself on the thorns.]. (00:11:20)

Audio problem: During the scene where the girl is talking to Pluto in the club, he tells her that he was the one that saved her father's life. She responds with "Thanks Dad" but her lips don't even move.

Factual error: During the fight scene on the moon outside Pluto Nash's hideout, dust can be seen floating around when kicked up. In the absence of an atmosphere and in low gravity, dust wouldn't form in clouds, but would just fly up and fall like water.
