Continuity mistake: In the car after Martin tells Hans about the throat slitting story, Billy and him get into an argument about the violence of the story. Billy says "It's going to be violent, it's about seven fucking psychopaths!" Martin then says "Hey!" But you can see in the back seat his mouth doesn't move for that. Then it cuts to a close up of Martin and his head is in a different position, facing Billy where he was looking out the window a moment before. (00:58:05)

Continuity mistake: Charlie has Martin at gun point while Billy comes down with the dog. Charlie asks what the title of Martin's movie is and it shows his hand up by Martin's shoulder. It cuts to a frontal view and suddenly his hand is not there. (01:31:40)

Bill: No it doesn't. There'll be one guy left with one eye. How's the last blind guy going to take out the eye of the last guy left whose still got one eye left? All that guy has to do is run away and hide behind a bush. Ghandi was wrong. It's just that nobody's got the balls to come out and say it.

Answer: Billy brought an odd selection of items with him, including labels for the guns. It wouldn't be surprising for him to have also brought Post-It notes. Hans could have easily taken one so he could leave the tape for Marty.
