Leon (1994)

Continuity: In the very first scene where Old Tony is debriefing Leon, we see Leon pick up his glass of milk and drink the entire glass. However, if you look at the reflection of Leon's glasses as he takes the glass away from his mouth, you can see that the milk is not finished.

Continuity: After Leon rescues Mathilda from the SWAT team and dodges the snipers, he shoots out a ventilation fan to make an escape route. The blast pattern in this sequence is all wrong. First off, the camera starts on Leon as he begins shooting. He gets off two shots before the camera switches to the vent, but when it does we see about 7 bullet holes around the vent. Then the camera goes back to Leon as he continues firing shots. When the camera is on the vent again, some of the holes that had been there previously are gone. Most notably a hole directly above the vent and to the right is no longer there, and the damage below the grate is significantly less than it had been.

Continuity: Before the dreadlocked man starts looking at the vinyl records in the apartment, he places his uzi down with the butt facing the camera. In the next shot the barrel is facing the camera, and switches back again in the next shot.

There are many similarities between A Clockwork Orange and the film Leon. Both main characters 'Alex' and 'Leon' are seen drinking milk many times in the films. Stansfeild (Leon) and Alex (ACO) both listen to Beethoven to stimulate their violence and the song 'Singing in the Rain' is featured in both films.

Keith A. Glascoe, who plays Benny, one of Stansfield's (Gary Oldman) men, was also a New York Firefighter and sadly died carrying out his duties during the September 11 attacks on the Twin Towers.

In the shot outside of Tony's restaurant, before the scene where we see him celebrating his birthday and being interrupted by Stansfield, you can see someone walking past the restaurant. That person is Luc Besson, the director of the movie.
