Factual error: At O'Neil's retirement party, '2-Way' by Lil Romeo is playing while one of the characters is dancing. This scene is set in the summer of 2001, the song was released in April 2002, nearly a year after the retirement party took place.

Mistakes Were Made - S1-E3

Factual error: There's an ad for Boddingtons Pub Ale in the phone box as the agent calls his girlfriend from England. Boddingtons Pub Ale was never marketed as such in U.K. or Ireland - it was called Boddingtons Export.

Y2K - S1-E5

Factual error: In the scene at the Port Angeles Port of Entry, the signage and the uniform patches say U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The interception at Port Angeles happened in 1999 by the U.S. Customs Service. U.S. Customs and Border Protection wasn't created until 2003 due to the events of 9/11. (00:01:55 - 00:02:45)
