Continuity: When a carload of bad guys drives past the front of Seagal's sister's house and riddles the front of the house with machine-gun fire, Seagal quickly slams the front door shut, and you can very clearly see all the stunt charges attached to the door.
Other: When Seagal is in the factory in Jamaica, a "Jamaican" bad guy jumps up from behind a barrel, you can see that he is in fact white - you can see the make-up line on his neck, and his wig is crooked.
Continuity: In the closing scene, Seagal is carrying the Jamaican policeman with his head to Seagal's right and the man's left arm is around Seagal's shoulder. When the view changes to the rear, the man's head is to Seagal's left and his right arm is around Seagal's shoulder.
Continuity: When Steven Seagal meets up with the Jamaican cop in the alleyway, they have a discussion. Every shot of Seagal shows him with his arms crossed. Every shot of the cop shows Seagal's hand resting on the cop's right shoulder.
Visible crew/equipment: In the mall fight scene, Steven grabs hold of a guy and smashes him through two shelves. If you look at the glass shelf the reflection of the camera movement is visible. (It can be seen easier in slow motion, which is permitted for 'visible crew or equipment'.)
Visible crew/equipment: When the drug posse thugs drive their BMW into the department store, the ramp the car jumps off of is visible in the exterior shot of the car going through the window.
Continuity: Steven Seagal visits his friend in Ohio. They are standing in a high school football field and you can clearly see tall palm trees in the background. This same mistake is later repeated in another street scene.
Factual error: During the car chase through Northern Illinois they are passing by palm and cypress trees. Not indigenous to Illinois.
Visible crew/equipment: As Hatch and his friend drive up to the Jamaicans in their Ram Charger, when Hatch points his gun at them you can see the boom in between the two cars at the top of the window.
Continuity: When Steven Seagal meets his friend on the football field he is holding a football. His friend gives him a hug and Steven Seagal drops the football behind his friend. After his friend turns and walks away, Steven Seagal is holding the football again.
