6.6/10. Whereas I can see the problems with this movie I disagree with it being bad. I'd call it OK with some moments that are bad but it's at least trying to be funny. Leslie Nielsen, bless him, delivers yet another solid performance as Mr Magoo with the charm and grace that he had in all his comedic movies.
