Other: In the end when everyone is on the Kippie Kann show, they show the clip of Lulu and Joyce at the restaurant. It shows Lulu saying, "I'd say it's nice to see you, but then I'd be lying." In the restaurant scene, Lulu never says that.

Little Black Book (2004) - 9 mistakes
starring Brittany Murphy (add more)
Continuity: After Stacy smashes the phone, she turns to her friend for a second. For that shot the phone is in one piece, then she turns around and it is smashed again.
Revealing: At the hockey game in the beginning of the movie, when the players crash into the boards behind the goal, the logos on the players uniforms are backwards or opposite of what they really should be. The Devils logo appears this way several other times in the movie as well.
Continuity: At the end, when Stacy faints from seeing her favorite singer, when she is on the ground she drops her phone right next to her ear, but when the singer goes to pick her up the phone is near her arm.
Other: In the scene where Barb gets the live show, Stacy says that Barb said an AP getting the live show was an urban legend. But if you go back to the scene where Stacy, Barb, and Ira are at the lunch table, Ira says that it was an urban legend.
Continuity: In the final scene, Stacy is at the job interview and the long shot shows her turning away from Jayne with her mouth gaping open. In the close-up, her mouth is suddenly closed.
Continuity: As Stacy and Joyce talk in the restaurant where Joyce works, the amount left in Stacy's drink changes.
Continuity: When Bob pulls Stacy to Rachel Keyes' apartment, in one shot Stacy is talking on the phone and then she hangs up, but then in the next shot she is talking on the phone again.
Continuity: When Stacy, Barbara and Ira are talking about Lulu Fritz going out with Derek, in one shot Stacy puts her Mountain Dew up to her mouth and goes to drink from the straw, but in the next shot the Mountain Dew isn't around anywhere.
