Revealing: In the end, when Paula kills Hein, you can see in close-ups that the scars on his face are on tape and not on his skin.
Continuity: When the girl discovers her bed all bloody, she touches the blood and her hands get bloody. She grabs a book and starts flipping the pages, but if you watch closely ,you can observe that her hands are clean, there is no blood.
Visible crew/equipment: After the Paula has sex with the guy, she is in the bathroom looking for something in the cabinet. The camera moves to the right and you can see the reflection in the mirror of the arm of the camera man who is wearing a white sweater or shirt and possibly a wrist watch. (More visible with zoom function)
