Revealing mistake: When the row of missiles blow up near the end, not only are the effects bad but the amount of smoke shown is cartoonish and the missiles are still intact afterwards.
Continuity mistake: When the helicopters approach the oil rig there are only 5, and 5 dots appear on the radar in the control room, but when the attack starts there are now 6 helicopters.
Revealing mistake: In the opening scene when Bond pushes Blofield in the mud and we see his legs dissappear, they are obvious dummy legs and the feet have changed position.
Other mistake: In the opening scene when Bond is looking for Blofield his voice sounds dubbed and the hands we see, etc. are not Sean Connery's.
Continuity mistake: When Bond exists the car park using the trailer as a ramp he skims the tops of several parked cars, but when the police car tries it, the car crashes into a police car that has appeared from nowhere - it hasn't just pulled up as it is driverless.
Continuity mistake: When Bond is dumped in the pipe he is lying in the middle, also when the pipe is picked up he is in the same place, but when he comes to he is now lying on a join in between two pipes.
Other mistake: When Bond first meets Bambi and Thumper, Thumper is lying on a rock directly in front of Bond but for some reason he doesn't see her until she introduces herself.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene Bond drops a load of mud type mixture onto the guy in the bath and we see the mixture overflowing on the sides where Bond is lying but when he gets up he is completely clean.
Continuity mistake: In the Freemont St. Chase scene, Bond passes the same casinos multiple times going the same direction without ever turning.
Audio problem: When the man at the very start is being interrogated about the location of Blofeld, he says "Ciaro", but his lips don't move.
Revealing mistake: During the fight between Bond and Peter Franks in the elevator, if you watch carefully when Bond hits Franks' wrist with the door while he is holding the glass shard, Franks drop the glass shard before his wrist gets hit a second time.
Revealing mistake: When Mr Wint puts the scorpion down the back of the doctor's shirt while he is looking at Mr Kidd's wisdom teeth, the scorpion is made of plastic and not a real one.
Revealing mistake: When Mrs Whistler's body is being removed from the canal in Amsterdam, it's clear in the long shot that it is just a dummy.
Revealing mistake: When Bond knocks Blofeld unconscious with a lamp in the fight at the start of the film, look carefully and you can see that Blofeld is already knocked out before the lamp comes into contact with his head.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bond comes aboard the oil rig, Blofeld says "How disappointing." whilst Tiffany can be seen on a sun lounger in the background. Towards the end of this shot, she raises her right arm to her sunglasses. In the very next shot of her (closer up), she raises her arm again.
Continuity mistake: When we first see Mrs Whistler's body being pulled out of the water, her front is towards the boat. In the next clip, her back is towards the boat.
Continuity mistake: When Plenty offers to help Bond with the game, behind them is a man in a yellow shirt and a man in a brown coat and green shirt. However in the next clip there is a lady in a pink dress instead of the man in the yellow shirt. She was nowhere to be seen half a second earlier.
Continuity mistake: When Blofeld is watching Bond and Plenty in the casino on the surveillance camera, on the screen a man in a dark shirt can be seen on Bond's right side. But in the next clip (and in the preceding clip) a little lady in a white dress is standing on Bond's right side.
Continuity mistake: When Bond first sprays foam on Franks he hits his left shoulder, but in the next clip there is only foam on his head and nothing on his shoulder.
Continuity mistake: Shady Tree is standing over the coffin talking down into it when it opens. However in the next clip he is standing much further away - and lower - and not in a position to look down into it that way.
