Continuity: The position and colour of the lipstick kiss print on the Suzie Doll Glass keep changing throughout the movie, but it is most noticeable from the inital shot to the second shot.

Continuity: After May bites Adam's lip, she takes Adam's bloody hand and smears blood over her chin and neck. The amount of blood on her keeps changing after that.

Continuity: When May is standing outside, hearing Adam say he dumped her, Adam's girlfriend takes the cigarette from his hand. In the next shot the cigarette is back in his hand.

Continuity: The cat in May's laundry basket keeps disappearing then reappearing between shots, when she is in the laundromat, and when Adam enters and as they talk.

Revealing: In the scene where May showcases her doll, Soozy, to the blind children at the day care and they subsequently knock the doll case out of May's hands (obviously shattering the glass everywhere), take a close look at the first little girl to fall into the glass on the floor. You'll notice that there is blood all over her knees before she even falls on the ground.

Continuity: On Halloween night when May goes around to Polly's, as May sits and listens to Polly talking about her doctor, her dress strap is alternately up / down.
