Continuity: At the end, when the naked killer is kicking the door, there is blood on the door from his feet. Several shots later, the blood on the door changes even though he has stopped kicking it.

Continuity: At the end, just before Bronson shoots Warren in the forehead, Warren's hair goes from messy to perfectly neat.
Continuity: At the very end, when Bronson confronts the naked killer in the street, Bronson points out there are three more dead girls. There are actually four more dead girls. The hooker, and the three in the nursing dormitory. And he did see all four girls.
Continuity: The recorded playback of Warren's statement sounds much different than when he actually recorded the statement.
