Nikita (1990) - 18 mistakes

Continuity: After Bob gives Nikita her present at the restaurant, he puts his glass of champagne down twice between shots.

Continuity: Right as Nikita jumps down the dumbwaiter chute in the kitchen, you can see in a brief moment that her shoes that once had a heel, no longer do. Once on the ground, her shoes have regained a heel.

Continuity: When Nikita is pointing the gun at policeman after the shootout in the chemists, the gun alternates from being pressed up against his chin, to being held a distance in front of him.

Continuity: When Bob gives Nikita her birthday cake, the positioning of the candles in the cake change between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: As Nikita is dragged from the courtroom by the police, she rolls around. You can see that a pad has been taped to her lower back for protection.

Continuity: As Nikita examines the wrapped gift she receives from Bob, she goes from holding it at the bottom to the top between shots.

Factual error: Bob shoots Nikita in the knee to prevent her from doing anything drastic. However her leg heals really fast, without any medical help and no scars at all.

Continuity: Amanda takes the black dress that Nikita will wear to dinner off of the coat hanger twice between shots.

Continuity: After Viktor and Nikita drive the car through the brick wall, afterwards, the car is shown completely intact, with no damage whatsoever.

Continuity: In the scene where Nikita shoots a person in Venice she has to break the window glass. However when Marco enters the bathroom the window is no longer broken.

Continuity: At the end of the kitchen fight, the slide of his gun locks back (indicating it's out of bullets), but when the angle changes the slide is back to normal instantaneously.

Continuity: When Nikita is in the court room, after she has been found guilty, she begins to scream. In one shot, her shirt falls down off of her shoulder, but in the next shot, it is back up.

Continuity: When Nikita takes Bob hostage her weapon changes from a semi-automatic to a revolver

Continuity: After jumping down the garbage chute, Nikita gets out, and begins to stand, and the garbage on her legs falls off. In the next shot, there is lettuce hanging from her stockings.

Continuity: In the opening shot Zaps is dragging a girl in his left hand and an axe in his right. In the next shot the items have switched hands.

Continuity: During the gunfight in the kitchen, bullet holes can be seen in the silver freezer doors, prior to the specific shot of them all being made.

Continuity: When Nikita is in the office before her trial, as she completes the form, the distance between Nikita and items on the table keep changing, as well as her position too.

Revealing: When Nikita is being taken away after her sentencing, she breaks the top of the wooden bench off. However, you can clearly see it has been cut beforehand to help break off easier.
