Factual error: When they are assembling a breathing tent for Fuzzy the window of the tent is made of clear plastic which was not available at that time.
Visible crew/equipment: As Homer is first leaving the orphanage, there is an overhead shot that pans upwards as Wally drives off. The camera is visible for a split second in the vehicle.
