Yours, Mine and Ours

Continuity mistake: When Frank's brother and sister-in-law leave the house with Germaine and Joan, they are shown (in a mirror) walking out the front door, which has a picture on the wall to the right of the door (left side of the mirror). The wall is flush with the door; however, in a later scene (one of the housekeepers walking out the door), the wall (with the same picture) is perpendicular to the door.

Frank Beardsley: I don't quite understand. Am I being stupid?
Helen North: No, you're being a man. Which is sometimes the same thing.
