Continuity: When the representitive of Hank's estate is chasing Viktor across the beach, he finally catches up to him and tells him he has something for him which was left for him in Hank's will. Between the wideshot and closeup of the representitve opening the satchel, the newspaper he clutches in the same hand (in front of the satchel) completely changes position.

Continuity: When Viktor is sitting at the computer system in the studio warehouse, sipping Jack Daniels and talking to the s1m0ne simulation on the computer screen, he begins to talk about "actors getting digital work done to themselves, it being a grey area, etc." - during this part, there is a pen, which jumps from the desk to Viktor's hand to the desk, instantly through subsequent shots.

Continuity: When Viktor is sitting at his home computer as he first operates the s1m0ne programme, the items on the desk beside him (parcel paper, wiring, etc.) continue to shuffle positions between shots. Also during the same shots Viktor's hands continue to instantly jump from either in his lap, or to clutching the side of the desk.

Continuity: When Viktor is in the studio warehouse, operating the s1m0ne programme on the computer inside, as he first comes into the warehouse to sit at the desk he throws down a large black file on the edge of the table. As the scene continues, in some shots the file is positioned at an angle and in other shots it is positioned perfectly straight.

Continuity: When Elaine is round Viktors beachhouse, they kiss and confess they want each other back, and then Viktor tells Elaine that Simone is a simulation etc., and in the background on a small wooden drawer is Viktor's Jack Daniels bottle, his glass and some champagne glasses. Yet when Elaine gets up, and says to Viktor "She made you", you can see the small glass behind them on the drawer, but the JD bottle and champagne glasses aren't there and they should be there in the shot. In addition, during this whole scene, the red lamp on the small desk behind them moves from sitting on the left, to the right hand side of the small wooden desk a few times throughout.

Revealing: Near the end of the movie, Al Pacino has been arrested and is in a cage. When he demands to be let out, he grabs the cage and it wobbles, showing it's not fixed to the ground.

Continuity: When Nicole kisses Viktor during the casting session, watch her hand. It's on the side of his face, initially with her thumb in front of his ear and her fingers behind, but then in some subsequent shots one or two fingers are in front of his ear.

Continuity: At the end of the movie we see Viktor sitting on the couch with Simone. Watch closely at the very end, he puts his hand directly on the couch. This would have caused it to appear to the audience to go through Simone's leg.
