When Mowser talks to the rookies for the first time, he explains that each of them will be assigned a partner. However, when Hightower goes on foot patrol, he is walking alone. [It's part of the gag. Hightower is big enough to be counted as two people, and he therefore does not need a partner because he can take care of himself.]

When Mahoney is on the beach at the start of the film and the pick up truck pulls up next to him there are a couple of guys in the back, but during the chase and when the truck crashes into the sea, they're gone. [Just before the chase, you can see the two guys jump off the back of the truck.]

Right before Jones fights the gang members in Bruce Lee style he jumps over a fence and while jumping his hat falls. When he lands his hat falls again. [The hat actually is still falling after Jones has landed, so it's has not finished falling.]
