Chopper (2000)

Corrected entry: When Jimmy tries to kill Chopper, Chopper spits out blood and then tries to wipe his face (smearing blood around his mouth). Not only does no blood come out when he spits, but the blood he smears on his face comes from his thumb, not out of his mouth. (00:14:50)

Correction: Read had the amazing good fortune not to have his heart, lungs, liver or stomach punctured during the attack - that's why he survived. There wouldn't, therefore, be any blood in his windpipe or mouth, and so he spits out saliva. The bloodsmear on his face is, as you note, from his thumb. It got there when he held his hand against the first stab wound.

Corrected entry: Near the beginning, Chopper is stabbed repeatedly in the abdomen. After about 5-6 stabs, he puts his hand around the knife-wielder's throat and says "Put the knife down and I'll let you go." The other guy says after dropping the knife, "Okay, I've dropped the knife, let go of me hands." But Chopper isn't holding his hands; he's holding his throat.

Correction: Chopper only has one hand on Jimmy's throat, the other hand IS being held by Chopper. While Jimmy does use the plural, that's just his speaking style (the same way he says "me" instead of "my").

Continuity mistake: When Chopper and co. are in jail planning, one of the two men stabs him continually. It goes to a shot from behind Chopper and you can see that the knife has no blood on it.

Chopper: Tell me this, right. Why would I shoot a bloke BANG? And then put him in the bloody car and wizz him off to the hospital at a hundred miles an hour? It defeats the purpose of having shot him in the first place.
