Other mistake: When the ice cold assassin (played by James Woods) is slaughtering all of his erstwhile employer's killers for hire, he shoots one of them dead on a bed. Obviously, the camera operator hadn't read his script (or maybe drank too much coffee that day) but when the shot goes off, he gets a huge fright and the camera frame jerks visibly.
