Factual error: During the flashback of Mr. Pink escaping, he smashes a car window and the window shatters into several large pieces. Car windows are made of tempered glass, which shatters into hundreds of small pieces.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mr. Blonde is pouring gasoline over the cop, the cop's legs are flying around trying to kick him. Later, we see that the cop's legs are still taped to the chair.
Trivia: Michael Madsen was extremely reluctant to film the torture scenes, especially when he was required to hit Kirk Baltz.
