Continuity mistake: When Sasha is jumping from the stairs at the end, she is wearing black tights, but before and after she is wearing different tights.
Continuity mistake: At the ATM, when Ramona is pulling money out, you can see the reflection of a police car pull up behind her. It pulls up just as she begins to turn around and nobody is getting out in the reflection nor are lights on. But suddenly when she turns around several officers are already standing with guns trained on her and the lights on.
Continuity mistake: After Brandon finds out he arrived in the alien craft, he walks outside in the rain where he finally translates "Take The World" as his purpose. He continues on to Caitlyn's house to tell her what he has discovered and to give her a flower. When he arrives in her room, he is completely dry.
Continuity mistake: After the wolves have killed the guy poorly sniping them at the old encampment location, Clair Hamilton glares at Larsen from her sitting position and moves towards him to ask more about what he just said about Father. During this sequence, Gina Carano's hat is burdened by a bit of snow or practically no snow at all, back and forth with no logic between cuts. (00:35:50)
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie in several scenes the living room has 2 couches even up until the Parks are getting ready to leave for their camping trip, 1 big one and one small. The very next scene when the Kims are getting drunk, the small couch has disappeared. This must be to make room for the Kims to slide and crawl out from under the table. The strange thing is when the Parks come back home, they don't notice that one of their couches is missing. It remains missing until the end.
Continuity mistake: The amount of blood on 10-year-old Miguel's face and neck after his "jump in" is not consistent. Sometimes there is more (or less) blood on his cheeks and neck and sometimes it appears splattered compared to large areas diluted with blood. The intensity/color of the blood also changes - sometimes it is very red but other times it is paler. The cut on his left eyebrow apparently was not on the far left corner yet sometimes the blood started there; other times, the blood started almost to the middle of his eyebrow. Sometimes he has blood below his eyebrow. Despite all the blood on his face and neck (down to the sagging T-shirt), there is no blood on his white or light grey T-shirt. He also does not get any blood on his jacket. Miguel was repeatedly punched then kicked by several large, muscular adult gang members for 13 seconds (to become a member of the MS-13 gang) but is unrealistically able to get right up then go and pick up and carry his dog - with no limping or signs of pain. Continuity mistake: When the girls bring a birthday cake into Judy's room at the first time, her bed sheet is patterned with what looks like flowers but when Judy is fast asleep the next time, the sheets are plain white. (00:52:30 - 01:15:30)
Continuity mistake: Katie has been grounded, and like most teenagers decides to just drink up a lot of booze. She's sitting on the bedroom floor with her bestie and passes her the bottle of vodka: her friend takes it with her left hand and drinks, but in the following shot she's finishing the gulp by holding it in her right hand instead.
Continuity mistake: The bartender pours two beers that have no foam on the top. When the beers are set on the table they have about one inch of foam. When the camera angle changes there is no foam. (01:18:45)
Continuity mistake: After fifteen years, Bethany and Clara meet in unlikely circumstances, They are having a drink together on the porch; throughout the whole scene Clara's glass appears and disappears randomly, sometimes literally full to the brim. (00:02:15)
Continuity mistake: When Charlie throws Scott over the balcony, he crashes into the chandelier and it partially tears away from the ceiling. Sparks ensue, but the light remains fully functional. The camera switches to Scott on the floor then back to Charlie where the chandelier can be seen worth all but one light out. There is no visible difference in the room lighting. Later, when Charlie is chasing Scott and Annie with the shotgun, Charlie screams "Lights out!" and shoots a fully functional chandelier.
Continuity mistake: Buddy just tried to pull into a Ponzi scheme a guy at the diner's. He sits down and talks to his wife. Notice that before the first cut he switches grip on the stack of papers, but in the reverse shot he's back holding them like at the beginning. (00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: Mario was chewing a mouthful, then lifted his drink to wash down the food, but when the camera shifted, he was back to chewing a mouthful. (00:01:59)
Continuity mistake: After the intro, the protagonist receives a phone call from her sister. When she turns around to check out of the TV screen, one of her fellow swimmers, with quite characteristic purple hair, is immediately seen sitting down. Back to the view from inside the locker, the same aubergine-haired girl is coming from the lockers to the benches, to go sit. (00:03:45)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the film, a man is giving a tour of a building under reconstruction to some potential buyers. One shot, as he's telling them that this sits on a 14-acre lot, there are just 3 people as they walk through a doorway. The film jump cuts to a closer angle, and suddenly a 4th person appears in front of them from thin air. (00:02:34)
Continuity mistake: After the cartoon segment, Deni entertains some playful banter with his girlfriend and takes off, putting a shirt on while he runs. When the neighbour asks him "Late again?", the guitar strap is on opposite sides of the instrument as the editing switches to a reverse shot. (00:06:40)
Continuity mistake: When the cop tells Tree to drop the ax, she lets go of it and puts her hands up. However, her hands raise and lower instantly between cuts several times depending on the angle. On the angle facing her front, her hands are up by her head. But in the angle behind her, they are down by her shoulders.
Continuity mistake: Packets of Synchronic were placed on top of the garbage already in the can and were inconsistent from one shot to another. Also, the amount of crumbled papers under the Synchronic decreased. (It is also interesting that no new garbage was placed in the can on top of the Synchronic packets even though over one day had passed).
Continuity mistake: When Ray returns to the Pit Stop in a police cruiser, the car is parked under the Pit Stop sign, but in the next shot, the cruiser is far from the sign.
Continuity mistake: His pickup truck windows are down during the car chase but once the pickup submerges in water the windows are miraculously up, giving him a chance to escape. (01:21:30 - 01:29:00)
