Continuity mistake: When Sookie is eating Adele's pie, the amount of pie on the fork keeps changing between shots. (00:41:25)
Continuity mistake: All shots of the Jeep Cherokee prior to it crashing (and during the process of flipping over) show that it wears factory-optional silver steel wheels of a 'star' style. But as the wreck settles upside-down, it's wearing plain steel wheels (like those found under full wheel covers or on a spare tire).
Continuity mistake: Rex's kama (the black kilt-like thing he wears) is missing twice: first when he, Anakin and Ahsoka are looking at a hologram of an AT-TE on the Resolute's bridge, and second when Anakin's trap for Grievous is revealed, and Rex orders the AT-TEs on the asteroids to fire. Continuity mistake: All the castle windows on the outside of the castle are small squares yet from inside the rooms they're arched.
Triumvirate of Terror! - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: Cheetah throws Superman across the ground and he comes to a stop with his head lying back on some rocks and ice, but still lying back. The shot cuts to behind him and suddenly his head is sitting up straight. (00:13:40)
Continuity mistake: Season: 1, episode: 16 "Bloodline". As two soldiers of Darken Rahl approach the plains of Morrow, they break a magical shield which catches them on fire. Two frightened soldiers run away, and the commander shoots one. Keep an eye on the commander - he is still pointing the crossbow even after the soldier dies. The next shot, however, has his crossbow loaded with another arrow, daring anyone else to run away.
