Deliberate mistake: DVD version : When Seagal flees from the dig, the car he drives changes from left side control to right side and back. (in close up - you can see the seat to his left).
Continuity mistake: When the Batwoman is fleeing at the very beginning of the movie, she is shot at by her pursuers from below. The shot, represented by a yellow streak, is then seen coming from above before it strikes the vehicle she is on.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the film, when Kadeem is about to get his Krazy 8's car, if you look on the wing (spoiler) you can see "TEAM LEADER" written on it. This is before Tezla announced the Team Leaders after the Volcano Leg.
Continuity mistake: When a lighting rig bumps into a piece of wood, its front wheels and the wood are near the edge of a tile, but in the next shot, it is towards the center of it. (00:28:25)
Factual error: The 4-wheel-drive Meredith van Aken is using to pick up Jonathan Cold and the black box has got a German registration plate for Berlin. However there are no discrimination letters after the "B" for Berlin, but a 5 digit number starting with "3." Only police cars carry registration plates like this in Berlin.
Other mistake: Towards the end of the movie when Drama has killed himself, the scene leads to the funeral service at the church. As the camera shows Drama in the casket his hands and fingers are clearly moving.
Continuity mistake: When Earl de Darkwood is holding a phone on the plane, his earring appears in his left ear. Later when he is shown exiting the limousine, the earring is now placed in his right ear. (00:19:30)
