Show generally

Factual error: Whenever the killer (always dressed in black with a balaclava disguising his/her identity) uses a knife, the blow invariably is an overhand strike. However, a knife in a downward thrust quite frequently simply skids off the overlapping ribcage of the victim.

Wax Doll Castle Murder Case: File 3 - S1-E9

Factual error: The culprit merely drops a chandelier from the ceiling in an unplanned move. From that simple action, the whole building - a huge castle - catches fire so quickly you'd think it's made out of papier-mâche soaked in gasoline, not stone.

T.A. or Not T.A. - S3-E7

Factual error: In the scene where T.J. Is explaining the formula to Mo that is written on the board, the right side of the equation (x-1)^2 is wrong. It should be x^2 - 2x + 1, not x^2 - 2x - 1 when expanded. Also, at the start of the scene with the formula, the coach who is teaching the class states he wrote it, and then it is assumed T.J. came up and finished solving the equation, but the writing is exactly the same.
