Continuity mistake: Joey is talking to Brody. He has a cup in his left hand, then when the shot changes, it's in his right. (00:05:50)
Revealing mistake: When the simulation starts, Wolverine is shown stabbing a guy with his claws. There is a blood splat on the wall, but there is no blood on Wolverine's claws. (00:02:15)
Other mistake: If you look on Disk Three, in the Features section, select "Behind the Tunes", you'll see three titles: "Too fast, too furry-ous", "Blanc Expressions", and "Merrie Melodies: Carl Stalling and Cartoon Misic". Misic? Just to be sure I unloaded the DVD player software and rebooted. Nope, still there. How did THAT get past quality control? Should be "music", in case you're wondering.
Continuity mistake: Perry White has The Mad Scientist’s letter straight on his desk, but then it turns it to a diagonal angle when he reads it to Lois and Clark. Lois says that she wants to crack the case on her own and the shot pans back to Perry as he thinks about it for a moment, and this shot shows the letter still diagonal on the desk. Then Lois shouts out "Thanks Chief" and dashes off before he can respond and the image cuts to a different angle. Now suddenly the letter is straight on his desk like it was before he turned it. Coffee Quest/Phoenix Rises - S1-E18
Other mistake: In Phoenix Rises, when Phoenix runs away, the Big Coffee sign is missing.
Continuity mistake: Emma falls off the roof and into a water butt when she is being chased by the villains, the police pull her out and she is soaking wet. A few seconds later she screams when the villain catches Nicola, and when they fall through the roof she is dry.
Continuity mistake: After Cat Burglar steals Craig's staff at the award ceremony Silver Fist goes after Cat Burglar, and just as Silver Fist climbs up on the roof, his crossed straps become crossed the opposite way, mid shot. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: When Maddy says that they will be able to go on a holiday together, Trevor's right index finger is on the right side of his phone, but in the next shot, it is on the back of it. (00:06:22)
Character mistake: In Season 5, Episode 4 ("The Heart Attack Boys"), Abishola twice gives Christina an injection without swabbing her skin with alcohol. Abishola is an RN and would never make that mistake.
Continuity mistake: The episode "Clash Reunion" shows Megavolt in his flashback becoming a supervillain in high school. For one moment he's wearing his trademark goggles, then afterwards they're gone. (00:05:05)
