Mistake Continuity: When the Villains send their cronies (for example, Putties, Tengu Warriors, Cogs, Piranhatrons, etc.), their numbers constantly change from when they arrive, to when they leave.

Mistake Continuity: When the Rangers morph, the clothes they are wearing don't match what they have been wearing that episode - this also applies to hair.

Mistake Revealing: In SPD Episode "Sam Part 1" (13-7), when the Ranger first yells "SPD emergency," a piece of Jack's Morpher breaks off.

Green With Evil (1): Out of Control (series 1)

Mistake Continuity: Up until Green No More in Series 2 (where the Green Ranger powers are destroyed), the Green Rangers overshield constantly changes between solid-looking metal to flimsy-looking cotton.

All of series 1 (series 1)

Mistake Deliberate "mistake": In fight scenes, the Yellow Ranger's stature matches that of a male (and not Trini). This is because in the Japanese version of the show, the Yellow Ranger was played by a man.

Mistake Revealing: The Putties, which Zedd and Rita use as cannon fodder for the Rangers, are made out of clay. When they are hit, chalk appears, to signal that they are being "worn down". When played in slow motion, we see that the chalk is on the Ranger's feet, before they hit the Putties. This is particularly true in closeups.

Mistake Continuity: In the 12 series (Power Rangers Dino Thunder), in the episode "White Thunder Part 3", Conner (as the Red Ranger) throws his blaster to the ground whilst fighting the White Ranger, Ethan. In the wide shot, the blaster disappears.

All of series 1 (series 1)

Mistake Revealing: When one of Rita's monsters tears a building apart, the buildings are completely hollow, and nothing more than 6 pieces of Styrofoam stuck together to look like a building.

Mistake Other: Episode 13-12: "Shadow (2)." When Cruger is challenged to defeat 100 robots, a red countdown meter appears on the screen, ticking down each time Cruger dispatches an opponent. When the counter is at 21, Cruger slices his sword at a robot, which then goes down. But the counter stays at 21 and only goes to 22 when he slices at the next robot. Every robot in the sequence goes down after a single hit from Cruger's sword. Submitted by DavidK93

Mistake Deliberate "mistake": When we see the Dragonzord, Tommy is sometimes standing on top of it. However, it is completely obvious that "Tommy" is nothing more than a small plastic figure.

The Power of Gold (series 4)

Mistake Continuity: When the Gold Ranger debuts, the weather constantly changes between frames, going from cloudy to sunny, and vice versa.

All of series 1 (series 1)

Mistake Continuity: The clips on the side of the Rangers helmets constantly disappear and reappear.

Mistake Audio problem: Rita is dubbed over extremely poorly - her words don't match her mouth.

Mistake Plot hole: Up until about Green With Evil, we can see the Rangers fighting Super Putties, which didn't come into the Series until after Green With Evil.

Food Fight (series 1)

Mistake Continuity: When Pudgy Pig is standing outside of the food packaging plant, a human hand can be seen sticking out of Pudgy Pigs left wrist.

Day of the Dumpster (series 1)

Mistake Factual error: Zordon tells the Rangers that their Zords are based on Dinosaurs. 2 of the Zords are the Mastadon and Sabre-toothed tiger - these are not dinosaurs, merely pre-evolutionary creatures.

Mistake Revealing: Until the end of the 5th series, we can see part of the Zord costumes move about as the character in them walks about - sometimes they even look like they are going to fall off. This is particularly true in the 2nd series.

Mistake Factual error: This happens until the end of series 3. Lord Zedd and Rita send down monsters to Angel Grove, in California. Yet when they cast their projectiles down to Earth (for example, with Zedd, a lightning bolt) they are seldom ever aimed even in the American continent.
