Continuity mistake: In the opening sequence where the ants are loading the food onto the leaf, they show a panoramic shot of the scene, and you can see the queen and the princess standing under the shade near the center. But, in the very next shot, the ants are still hauling the food, and the royal family is no longer there. (00:01:56)

When John, the creator of the movie was in the first year of the Character Animation Program at California Institute of the Arts, the classroom was numbered A113. That number is also on the license plate of Andy's van in Toy Story. John says it will probably be in all his movies. He added 11/95 because that was when Toy Story opened in theaters.
