Continuity mistake: After Danny gets mad at Walter for catching the ball that his Dad threw for him, he throws his glove down on the floor and runs inside. In the next shot the glove is in a different location.
Continuity mistake: When Conan first fights Remo, Conan places a blood stain on his forehead by pressing his sword to it. Remo then runs off, and Conan gives chase immediately, pausing only to get Tamara on his horse. The stain is still there when Conan mounts his horse. The next time we see them, Conan and Tamara is still chasing Remo, but now Conan's face is completely clean. It is highly unlikely he would pause in pursuit of one of his father's killers to wash his face. (00:47:55)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, Victor tells Nick to write 'hey Annie' on plane's wing to send her a message. When Nick throws the plane and the camera shows it flying around, the words that Nick wrote are nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: When Hancock puts Mary on the hospital bed after she's been shot, the blood on her shirt changes drastically from shot to shot.
Continuity mistake: Susan's bang is significantly above her eyebrows when she watches the parade at Bryan's house. That same evening during Thanksgiving dinner, it touches her eyebrows.
Continuity mistake: During "Eyesight to the Blind," The Preacher's guitar changes from a red Les Paul to a black Stratocaster. It's not blatantly obvious, but easy enough to spot without slow-mo. (00:26:33 - 00:30:02)
Revealing mistake: When they gather around to watch what happens when you put the slime in the toaster, you can see when the toaster starts popping that it has little pneumatic pistons attached to the bottom, making it jump. When the toaster gets picked up off the table you can view its power cord which is entirely too big - more likely air lines. (00:41:15)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Wyatt and Gary are taking Deb and Hilly home in the Ferrari and Porsche, Gary is being pursued by the police. When Gary approaches the railroad tracks, the train is shown coming in the direction of the passenger side door. When they finally cross over the tracks, the shot is flipped, and the train is seen to have crossed the intersection in the direction of the driver's side door. (01:19:25)
Continuity mistake: When Rey is following Luke up the hill in the infamous milk scene, her holster switches from being on her right side, to her left, and then back again.
Continuity mistake: Lulu slides down the banister onto a stool and slides across the floor to the table for her breakfast. She gets to the table and looks at her selection for a moment, the camera still looking from the side and her hands at her sides. It cuts to a close up from in front of her and suddenly her hands are up on the table. Also the cups on the table change shape, from being more conical towards the bottom, to perfect cylinders. Continuity mistake: After Diana crashes through the window, there are various bits of wooden debris on the floor in front of her. In a wider angle those bits have vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Alice leaves to think over Hamish's proposal and chases after the White Rabbit, the heels on her shoes change, but when she falls into the hole the heels are back once again.
Continuity mistake: John Heard's racquet jumps from one hand to the other when he and Tom Hanks fight on the tennis court. (01:17:20)
Continuity mistake: In the secret covenant, the amount of blood on Eve's white top decreases when Olivia the vampire doctor examines her wounds. This is most noticeable under the collar. (00:34:20)
Continuity mistake: Snow White steals the huntsman's knife and threatens him with it. She is either holding it with the blade towards her or away from her depending on the shot. (00:42:25)
Other mistake: When Gomez begins to flip through his desk calendar, we see that "today" is Thursday, March 28, 1991. He then turns to the date of the "next quarter". The left hand page shows Thursday, August 8, but the right hand page shows Tuesday, September 9. (00:11:15)
Continuity mistake: The main character Paul is tied up on the floor next to his mother, who is also tied up. Paul tries to use his tied feet to fight, but is easily kicked back down to the floor. Then, very briefly, but , Paul is half unconscious with his arms NOT tied anymore, but next to his head. The next scene has Paul's arms tied up again and his mother says 'cut my son's bonds'. Continuity mistake: In the scene where after Peter gets his diploma and has a chat with Gwen, he is carrying a backpack on both shoulders. As the scene continues it switches to one shoulder then both several times. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Thor tells Jane to hold on, she's on Thor's right side and Mjölnir (the hammer) is in his left hand. As they are traveling through the Bifröst to Asgard, the position of each has changed. (00:28:20)
