Other mistake: Blood gushed out of the bound man's lower inner arms that were slit with a knife from below the elbow to the wrist (then turned toward the ground). A switch to an aerial view showed no additional blood dripping (while he was still alive). Also, blood would not pour out of his arms to the ground in a horizontal stream like it did. Deliberate mistake: Evie digs a box out of the greenhouse dirt, but no dirt falls off the box, and the box is clean when she moves it onto her lap. (00:09:00)

Character mistake: Immediately after kissing (through masks) and having close contact with JJ, Valeria removed her protective mask and went to check on her sick/crying child. Valeria was clicking her tongue, kissing her child on the face/head and putting her hands around the child's ears/hair. Factual error: During the escape from the farmers market a red London bus is in the background. Those busses aren't used in Gloucester.
Factual error: Dylan (Scott Eastwood) was in a jail cell yet had a bottle of prescription pills in his pocket. The pills would have been confiscated before he was put in the cell and administered to him on schedule by staff/nurse. (00:28:10)
Deliberate mistake: When James started to fall off the ladder, he tried to jump to reach the other side. Thom grabbed his right hand with his and was able to pull him to safety. James' weight and the force with which he jumped and swayed would have most likely resulted in James pulling Thom over the edge with him, and both being seriously injured or killed. (01:22:26)
Plot hole: The time-line and calendar of events are flawed. Nate (dad) stated Eric will be leaving for college "at the end of next week." Rose saw a portion of Eric's calendar: "17 Orientation [Monday] and 23 First day of school [oddly on a Sunday]." Eric received a cell phone message dated Saturday August 15 asking if he was coming to the party, which he went to. Eric had a full academic and sport (football) scholarship - he should have already been at the University weeks earlier for training. (00:19:20 - 00:32:35)
Revealing mistake: The "unnatural seam" (line) across Jimmy's forehead and beyond - as well as the overall appearance of his head - indicates that he is NOT "naturally bald"! His "fake" bald head was not put on nearly as well as those seen in numerous other movies. [The actor playing the character does not have much hair in real life, but he also doesn't have that artifical line across his forehead.]. (00:07:13)
Factual error: Sassoon's Military Cross medal is shown ending up thrown in the Mersey and sinking. In his own words from "Memoirs of an Infantry Officer", published in 1930 - "I ripped the MC ribbon off my tunic and threw it into the mouth of the Mersey. Weighted with significance though this action was, it would have felt more conclusive had the ribbons been heavier. As it was, the poor little thing fell weakly on the water and floated away as though aware of its own futility."
Factual error: James called the "Washington Board of Psychiatry" to file a complaint against Dr. Clark (Philip). Complaints (which need to be WRITTEN) against medical doctors are filed under a State's Medical Board, which would be the Washington Medical Commission in this case. Washington has a Board of Psychology and there is a Washington Psychiatric Society, but there's no "Washington Board of Psychiatry" per se (and even if there were, a complaint would still be filed with the Medical Commission).
Continuity mistake: After Diane lit and switched her cigarette to her right hand (and off-camera), most front views of her left arm showed it in front of her, along her stomach, but rear views showed her holding the cigarette in her left hand with her arm more perpendicular to her stomach. Whether her left elbow was fully on the table or over the edge also varied numerous times. (00:08:00)
Revealing mistake: When Julie is running around the city whilst all the extras are stood frozen, there is a moment where she is walking next to a small park, before beginning to turn right and run down a road. Once she runs onto the sidewalk after running down the road, two girls can be seen stood on the same sidewalk holding hands. The girl on the right can be seen moving her right hand ever so briefly, even though the extras are all supposed to be standing completely still. (00:54:35)
Revealing mistake: The "bridge" within the crime scene tape is obviously a prop. It should be a continuation of the road, but it is tilted to the left and is more vertical (around 45°). The bridge isn't even very high. When Byron and others go under the bridge to look at the dead girl, there is only a few feet above their heads (clearance under the bridge). (00:04:54)
Factual error: When pit bull Shadow was chasing Phoenix, the distances between them varied - even appearing to increase - but the pit bull should have been able to quickly close the gap and catch Phoenix. In general, an adult person (about 7 mph) cannot outrun a pit bull (25-30 mph). Also, unless Shadow was trained to stop pursuing Phoenix if she got over the fence, pit bulls are actually quite good at climbing fences. (00:02:38)

Continuity mistake: Bernard took at least three swigs from his shot glass of whiskey yet the level of the whiskey stayed about the same (half full). (00:07:10 - 00:10:23)
Other mistake: "Boogie" was a HS student who didn't work and lived with his financially strained (heavily in debt) parents. The Chin family was receiving past-due notices for various bills. The IRS also sent a letter of intent to levy or seize their property if they did not immediately pay $4,513.29. But Boogie had money to buy marijuana, go out to dinner with his girlfriend, go to a gym, and visit a fortune teller - each multiple times. His mother also ate out and saw a fortune teller. With what money? (00:10:20 - 00:28:57)
