Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)
Question: Once cured and returned home, won't some of the villains, like the Lizard, still go to jail anyway?
Answer: More than likely... but that doesn't strictly matter. They'll still have been cured, avoided death, and "saved" in a sense. Even if they lose their freedom, they still are going to have a happier ending than they would have otherwise.
Remember that Oscorp is a corrupt company in the Amazing series. More than likely, both Connors and Dillon might be killed in prison under orders, so some happy ending.
That's a very bold assumption to make, especially considering they DIDN'T kill Connors after the events of the original "Amazing Spider-Man." At most, Connors will remain in prison. But I don't even know about Dillon. There's an exceedingly high chance he could just walk, especially presuming he'd be teleported back to around the time he was originally killed, and the world would think he's dead.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 (2023)
Corrected entry: There's no reason Black Cat couldn't ask Dr. Strange to teleport her to Paris.
Correction: After sending Felicia to Paris, Miles received a letter from Dr. Strange stating that him and Wong had just returned home. This means they weren't there when Felicia broke in and took the wand.
Yeah, I just found that out. My bad.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986)
Question: When Leatherface starts rampaging during Stretch's flirting with him, and he's starting his chainsaw up, is this supposed to represent something? It's right after she repeatedly asks if he's mad at her and how good he is.
Answer: It's basically Leatherface's version of an orgasm. Stretch appeals to his sexuality in order to survive, and he's aroused. He uses his chainsaw as a phallic object, rubbing it against her leg and then pressing it into her groin, and is panting, which obviously symbolizes his idea of sex. And then he becomes aggressive, revs up his chainsaw, and destroys the studio in an explosive emotional display, not unlike the strong physical/emotional sensation that comes with an orgasm. You could also theoretically make an argument that the mess he creates by sawing and throwing things around specifically represents male ejaculation, which involves a pulsating release of semen and can be, let's just say, "messy" sometimes depending on what sexual activity you're doing.
Thank you.

What's New, Scooby-Doo? (2002)
Other mistake: Fred's shadow isn't shown in the opening credits.
Suggested correction: Be more specific. What part of the opening credits?
When their shadows are black and going across the screen from right to left.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge
Corrected entry: The first time Casey Jones is a playable character as well as Splinter.
Correction: This is incorrect. Casey Jones is a playable character in the Nintendo Entertainment System and Sega Genesis versions of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters, which was released in 1994. In addition, Casey Jones and Splinter are unlockable playable characters in the mobile game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Madness which was released in 2020.
Sorry. I didn't know this, my apologies for this error.

Family Guy (1999)
Question: When did Quagmire start hating Brian? In earlier seasons it shows Quagmire and Brian getting along fine but, several seasons later, Quagmire now hates Brian.
Answer: Given how succinctly he nails Brian, we can presume that Quagmire has never liked Brian and has only now put it into words.
Answer: It's explained in Season 7 Episode 8 that he hates him for his pompous nature, his liberal attitude, his arrogance towards God believing people, and that he see him as a sad, alcoholic, bore.
That answers the "why" but not really the "when." Brian's personality didn't really change, so when did Quagmire start hating him?
For all we know, Quagmire might have disliked Brian shortly after they first met. Maybe he kept his feelings to himself for a while, due to his friendships with Peter, Lois, Joe, Cleveland, and others who associate with Brian. There are some people who I dislike, but I don't want unnecessary tension among people who we both know.
Maybe always, but he was too polite to say anything for years. Hey I started hating my mother for her arrogant bigoted attitude when I was 18 but didn't say anything for years.

Halloween (2007)
Question: Why did Michael spare Annie?
Answer: He knew she was Laurie's friend.
But he didn't spare Lynda, and she was also Laurie's friend.
Lynda was vulgar towards him in the beginning, and they also broke into what used to be his home to have sex. Honestly, not surprised he ended up killing her and her boyfriend (who are another representation of his sister and her boyfriend whom he killed).
Annie was either bait or he just had not finished yet.

The Karate Kid Part II (1986)
Question: Did Kristy Swanson and Randee Heller decline doing the sequel or were they too busy with other movies?
Answer: If referring to the blonde in the first movie, that was Elisabeth Shue, not Kristy Swanson.
Okay my mistake but did they decline returning or what?
Answer: To add to the previous answer, Elisabeth Shue went back to Harvard to continue her studies which is why she doesn't appear in the sequel.
Answer: Ali was originally only supposed to have a very small role in Part 2. Elizabeth Shue declined to reprise the role because she was studying at Harvard at the time. I can't find any explanation online as to why Randee Heller was not in Part 2 and was barely in Part 3.
Answer: Like all studio executives they think mixing things up by bringing in new characters into different settings would keep the franchise fresh. Most of the sequels from the 1980's were given minor or major cast changes.

Halloween II (1981)
Question: Why would Laurie ever go and visit Michael in the asylum?
Answer: Maybe she wanted to see her brother and was too young to "understand" the severity of what he did? Maybe her adoptive family thought it would be good for her to try and have some sort of relationship with her brother so they took her to visit him? Etc. Pick your poison. There's any number of valid reasons why the relative of a criminal might go to visit their family member in prison or an asylum.
Answer: She didn't, the movie picks up were the first one left off, on the same night. She went directly to the hospital and stayed there all night.
No I mean when she's in the hospital. She dreams that she's visiting him at Smith's Grove.

The Sword in the Stone (1963)
Character mistake: Archimedes says he told Arthur not to pull the sword out of the stone. He didn't, he pointed it out in the churchyard to him instead.
Suggested correction: Archimedes was trying to be helpful when he pointed out the sword so Merlin could take it to the tournament. But after it became a big issue with the rays from heaven and the legend, Archimedes thought he might get in trouble so tried to act innocent by fibbing. It was deliberate and in character, not a character mistake.

Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
Question: So when we see Cheetah again she's sitting there seemingly human once more. Does she still have her other powers?
Answer: She feels sad for letting her personal fears and greed for power consume her. As for getting home, like Robert Shaw said at the end of Force Ten from Navarone, "We have a very long walk back home."
Answer: The way I interpreted the ending (which is up for debate obviously in a different forum) was it was the act of Max Lord renouncing his wish which caused Barbara to lose her cheetah powers. It also caused every other unrenounced wish to be lost. Barbara wouldn't have been able to hear the broadcast or Wonder Woman telling the world to renounce their wish (it would also explains how all the wishes were rescinded without everyone having to be listening to Max). It's unclear if she lost her initial wish though (to be more like Diana). It's possible we'll find out what happened to her in a follow up Wonder Woman/Justice League film, but I highly doubt it.
Answer: No. When everyone in the world all renounced their wish, Barbara renouncing her wish would have resulted in her losing both her Cheetah powers and the ability to be more like Diana.
Well then why does she look sad for having done the right thing and how's she going to get home?
Sad because she's lost her powers, her getting home is her problem and not plot-relevant.

Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
Question: Depending on child labor laws just how did they get the young Diana actress to do her own stunts?
Answer: Lily Aspell, (young Diana), performed many of her own stunts. She is naturally athletic and was already an expert equestrian rider (her parents and uncle are professional jockeys). Stunts are carefully coordinated, and she would never have been allowed to do anything dangerous. Stunt doubles perform the more dangerous action scenes. Often, CGI superimposes an actor's face over a stunt double's body. Safety harnesses and suspension cables are used and later removed digitally. Actors also perform many scenes in front of a "green screen" and special effects are added later to look like an extreme environment. I once observed a movie scene being shot. What looked like a wild car chase in the move was actually filmed with the vehicles driven at slow speed. The action was sped up during the editing process.

Monk (2002)
Corrected entry: They're interviewing criminals Monk's put in state prison, mostly guys. Yet they interview Arlene Boras. I've never heard of any prison that houses both men and women.
Correction: There are prisons that house both men and women. For example, Folsom State Prison in California currently hoses both male and female.
Well then they should have Saturday night dances. It'd hopefully discourage escapes by giving them interaction, conjugal visits, should they have nobody on the outside.

Wonder Woman (2017)
Corrected entry: The Germans on the ship should've opened fire on the beach when they saw the battle going on. No reason is given why they didn't.
Correction: Perhaps they didn't want to fire on their own troops as the ship started capsizing. Not an ideal scenario in which to try and accurately target enemies on a beach.
Well in every war America's been in cannons are firing even as troops are engaged on the battlefield. This was also quite risky and necessary, hence why I brought this up.
It is not customary to fire on your own troops. Not in any war. Highly rarely it is inevitable, but not in this scenario.
That is not standard practice, and the ship was sinking at the same time. The crew had other things to worry about.

Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
Continuity mistake: Diana has brown eyes. The flashbacks showing her training have her with blue eyes.
Suggested correction: It is possible for normal humans eyes to change color. Seems reasonable that an Amazonian's eye color could change.
Eye color stabilizes within three years of birth. Most often, however, in the first weeks or months of life, and only by light-eyed ones. With age, the eye only changes hue - for example, from light brown to dark brown, etc. In the film, little Diana is already too old to change the color of her eyes - it's a mistake in the film.
Diana is not human and therefore we have no idea what their bodies do. Eyes changing color could happen later on in life for them due to their slower ageing process or something. Unless it is stated in the movie that their eyes don't change (and it isn't stated)...this isn't a mistake.
Well I didn't know that.Thank you friend.

Cult of Chucky (2017)
Question: Multi part question:1. Does this one ignore Seed Of Chucky? 2. Why did Tiffany change her appearance from Seed Of Chucky once human? 3. Why not have Brad Dourif's voice come out of the Nica character's mouth?
Answer: Well in Bride Of Chucky, unless that was a dye job, she had black hair. Here she's blonde.
She simply decided to dye her hair back to blonde. Human Tiffany was originally blonde in "Bride of Chucky," and she also dyed her doll-hair blonde when she turned into a doll. The only time she has dark hair is at the end of "Seed of Chucky" when she possesses Jennifer Tilly. But like I said... she simply decided to dye her hair blonde again in the meantime. She was also blonde in "Curse of Chucky." There's no real significance to it... she probably just wanted to have hair like she used to have.
Thank you, my bad. You're one of the sharpest people on this site. You should work for them.
Answer: 1) No, this film does not ignore "Seed of Chucky." While references to it are minimal, it is still considered official canon with the series. 2) I don't really understand how she changed her appearance. She still looks like Jennifer Tilly. You may need to elaborate on that. 3) In the context of the film, it's because he's taken over her Nica's body and is currently using her vocal cords to speak.

Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994)
Plot hole: Einhorn's plan had a flaw. No starting quarterback ever holds the ball in any game for the kicker, it's always the back up.
Suggested correction: This is straight up false. Tony Romo was the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys in a playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks in 2006. He held the ball for a potential game winning field goal, but he bobbled it, and it ended up costing the Cowboys the game. This was already corrected, so I'm not sure why you felt the need to submit it again.
It should be noted that Tony Romo was not starting QB that year. He was the backup QB, until week 7, and his duties as backup was holding the snap. He just kept doing that job to keep the rhythm. Marino was never a backup. Of course, the premises is Ray Finkle (a non existent player) missed a game winning kick in Super Bowl XVII when in fact the Dolphins lost by 10 and Dolphins only attempted 1 FG in the game (and made it, despite Marino not holding the kick), so there's room for a lot a leeway in what the film can have Marino do since they already made up so much to start with.
Sorry I just forgot I'd submitted before, I apologize for this blunder.
