Continuity mistake: Jane Curtin is teaching to a rather seasoned class. One of those old hags says sarcastically "Because we really never do anything." As she says it, notice Eleanor turning towards her momentarily. She then turns completely, facing the opposite way, but at the cut she is repeating the turn from the beginning. Moreover, Moira's mouth closes after she says "Enough!" but the following shot on Curtin shows her still jaw-dropped. (00:04:05)

Continuity mistake: The protagonist just arrived to his college. Long shot as he gets off the taxi, and to the right of the frame you see a group of 3 girls crossing the street and walking on the lawn. Cut, and the 3 girls have yet to cross. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: Brahms was quite clean for having been buried under dirt and leaves. No dirt fell off Brahms' body when Jude pulled him out of his "grave" and there did not appear to be dirt in his hair. When Sean (Jude's father) held up Brahms, the doll looked relatively clean - or cleaner compared to when Liza (Jude's mother) started to wash him. (00:14:10 - 00:15:45)
Revealing mistake: When Maya Rudolph and Tim Meadows are in their car at the drive-in theatre, whilst Maya Rudolph says "We got Hubie Dubois spying on everybody", there is a close-up shot of the wing mirror with Hubie's car reflected in it, along with several other cars and a building in the background also reflected. Despite being a reflection, any text or numbers reflected in the mirror are not reversed. The number plate on Hubie's car is spelled out forwards, and the sign "Salem Drive In" on the building in the background is spelled forwards also, and not reversed as they normally would be in a reflection. Continuity mistake: The direction of the desk lamp's flexible neck varies with the camera's angle. Front views of Rodger show the top of the neck aimed toward the outer edge (length) of the desk and rear views of Rodger show the top of the desk lamp's neck pointed toward him sitting at the desk. Continuity mistake: The grilled cheese sandwich was charred while it was still cooking, but not when Jason's dad served it to him. (00:02:00)

Revealing mistake: The nefarious villain has just revealed to Prince Charming that he has kidnapped the princess, and shows her to the crowd as a big burly smurfy monster is holding her. The crowd in unison gasps and looks horrified...except an extra who just can't keep a straight face. (00:07:35)
Continuity mistake: The amount and location of dirt on Christine's face is inconsistent, ranging from being very thick and obvious to barely visible, if at all. Sometimes it extends down her neck on the right side. When her hair covers most of her face, no dirt is visible - until she turns her head and the hair is away from her face. Factual error: After Maya Peters is brought into the recompression chamber because of an injury, the timer is shown counting down by hundredths of a second and skips from 1 to 0 without showing 0.99-0.01. (01:24:30)
Character mistake: Deputy Becky said Mrs. Pierce was in shock over Vivian's murder. An EMT is shown standing next to Mrs. Pierce taking her blood pressure on top of her sweater/jacket (with a blouse underneath), which would interfere with an accurate reading. Mrs. Pierce's arm is also bent at the elbow instead of being straight. If Mrs. Pierce was truly in shock, the EMT should have had her lie on the ground with her legs/feet elevated above her heart. Continuity mistake: When they lock Tommy in the port-a-potty, they put a sign on the door. The sign is crooked when he keys go off it. In the next cut, the sign is straight. (00:12:30)
Continuity mistake: The three friends are at the hospital. As Raissa and Katia predicted, Dr. Victor is hitting on Paula. As they follow him, the stethoscope around Raissa's neck dangles differently from her neck between cuts, with the cup on top of her hair or under it, closer to the shoulder. (00:05:35)
Continuity mistake: Towards the beginning of the flashback, Jahkor gets thrown to the ground. The legs of the bully in the close-up cast a shadow over Jahkor's body. Cut to the next shot, and the shadow is away from Jahkor in a blatant change of direction of the light of the scene. (00:09:35)
