Factual error: Emmanuelle Devos goes to the airport to get her husband and daughter. Their plane landed at 7 PM (18:58 to be precise) as shown by the airport monitor. They get a cab to a hotel downtown, and then there's a scene when she books a restaurant from the hotel room. She tells her husband, who just took a shower, that they need to be at the restaurant at 8 PM. Her husband says that there's no rush then, since it's only 7 PM. Of course that's impossible, the Turin airport is about 20km away from the part of the city they are driving through, which at that hour has also significant traffic; if their plane landed at 7, at 8 PM they would hardly have any time left to spare. Continuity mistake: When the soup is about to be served, you see the horns blowing to introduce Victoria, and you can see all of the footmen lined up already with trays of soup, but in the next shot, it shows that they are just starting to march in to line up with their trays of soup. (00:10:45)
Other mistake: The Space Agency is trying to use an android mechanism (Human 2.0) to go to The Void and make first contact. Their first attempt at putting a human brain into the android fails. The solution is to make the android mechanism imprint human cells to facilitate the brain/android connection. The Agency is up against a time constraint, and someone comes up with the idea of using military Humans 2.0 to go on the voyage. Wait a minute! So now we learn there are other Humans 2.0 in existence? Wouldn't whoever made those already know how to solve the human brain/android interface? Why is the Space Agency reinventing the wheel? Continuity mistake: Izzy gets out of the car of her one night stand and lights up a cigarette. She begins to type on her phone, phone in the left, cig in the right. Factual error: No matter how sophisticated the STEM chip is, it would not enable Grey (Logan Marshall-Green) to go from a completely horizontal position to a completely vertical position in one fluid motion, without bending his knees, and he does this several times in the film.

Revealing mistake: The bartender (Kateryna Korchynska) offers Ethan two lattes on the house. She hands them to him, and he walks out. Continuity mistake: When he tries cooking by himself, he leaves a pan on the stove and goes to sit on the couch. At some point while on the couch the pan is no longer on the stove and when he runs to it after the fire alarm goes off it is still gone. Continuity mistake: Charlie was standing in the hole he dug and his head was below ground-level, but when Eliza was talking to him, Charlie's head was above-ground. Half of Charlie's back was above-ground when his mother [Toni Collette] was outside. Factual error: The musicians in the (real) Band of the Coldstream Guards that plays Happy Birthday for Christopher Robin are wearing their 21st-century uniforms and medals.
Continuity mistake: When Kat wakes up for the second go-around of Valentine's Day (the first repetition), she scoffs at the text from Bradley, her date who bailed on her. When the text is inserted onscreen, it matches the original day's, mentioning their planned dinner and first in-person meeting. When her phone's actual screen is shown, the text from Bradley is an invitation to breakfast. They never had or planned a breakfast. The wording is very similar to Danny's invitation at the end of the movie.
Continuity mistake: Olivia is introducing her intended design, but left out of the heirloom throw pillows her client is fussing about. During the scene, in close-up (when the client asks to talk to her boss) her hair is all the way back behind her shoulders, but she has loose hair all over her blazer's collar in the remaining shots. Factual error: The film informs us the gravity on Neptune's moon Triton is less than 8% of Earth's. But the whole physics of the rocks and his movement on the surface do not reflect that. Plot hole: When The Ray is injured on Earth X and has Red Tornado's cortex, he escapes by Vibe sending him into a portal to safety. However it is evident that Vibe doesn't know where he sent The Ray or where he would be going as later he's trying hard, searching the multiverse for him. Yet somehow The Ray is able to go across universes and winds up coming out right at Earth 1's Ray's feet to transfer his powers over to Ray and give him the Cortex. This makes no sense. The Ray can't control Vibe's powers or where he sends him, so he would have had no way of making himself exit the portal in Ray's back yard. And if Vibe sent him there on purpose, he wouldn't have been struggling to figure out where he went. The only way it makes sense at all is for it to be the most massive co-incidence possibly imaginable where he accidentally was sent to another universe and happen to come out right at the feet of that universe' version of himself.
