Flash Gordon (1954)

Flash Gordon and the Planet of Death - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: In the flashback of the scientists' fate on the planet of Death, the sole survivor manages to run away and avoid the ray of "Belfagore" (which is just a big flashlight). Problem is, he does not; before hitting Bending behind him, the beam fully lit up his back, but he suffers no adverse consequences, no dropping dead for Jefvus. (00:06:40)

Revealing mistake: Godzilla just reached the coast and is fighting a horde of toy tanks. When she sets foot on the base and swings her tail at the control tower, you can see that the tower is pre-broken in the middle, already all cracked and ready to fall apart at the center when Godzilla barely touched the tip. Bluebeard (1944)

Revealing mistake: When we see for the first time cops fish out of the river one of Bluebeard's victims, the "lifeless body" helps herself up on the boat, practically climbing on her own. (00:02:15)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: When the two survivors get in front of the emergency door, their hair gives out all sorts of chromakey artifacts. (01:21:00)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: Mike putts successfully against his opponent and decides to celebrate. He does so by juggling a golf ball; too bad it's a poorly textured CGI golf ball that does not even appear rigid. (01:02:05)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: When Don leaves the cockpit to check on Jack, now sans tentacle, he walks right to left across spaces on green screen. His walking speed does not match the scrolling of the background. (00:46:45)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: After bumping her knee, Janet retrieves a real bottle of booze from behind a stack of superimposed CGI bottles. (00:22:00)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: In the final explosion, the plane loses two of its engines, or rather, a bad superimposed image of each engine that fly at the screen. (01:21:30)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: When the Alien-like creature chokes the gambling lady with its tongue, the woman has no strangling marks of any sort on her neck. (01:19:10)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: After the crew decided (rather arbitrarily) to use fire to scare the monsters off, the camera zooms on Jack. The zoom through the plane window is a digital effect with the plane being all CGI, and it shows because the perspective is all wrong. Jack would have never been visible from the window at that distance and at that angle. (00:55:55)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: When the co-pilot searches for the missing tentacle wielding a hatchet, the creature creeps under the carpet. The distortion from the CGI effect on the rug is easily noticeable. (00:49:40)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: Jack is lying on the couch (whoever managed to fetch him back from the nest is anyone's guess) with an alien tentacle up his nose. The special effect used to display the invading organism swelling his brains is an obvious image morph that does not look in any way plausible visually alone - let's not even consider the glaring anatomical issues. Flight to Hell mistake picture

Revealing mistake: During the "green storm", the co-pilot finally gets to her station. Cut to the playroom, and one hilarious CGI bottle of booze spins around in the air being blatantly superimposed. (00:14:30)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: Twice when both the couples of patrons are shown in their cabin and the camera pans from one to the other, right to left. Both times it's a fake panning shot with the wrong perspective in the CGI rooms, and in the second actual cabin you can even see the green screen. The first time around you can even see a door closed in one room and open in the adjacent one. (00:25:00 - 00:28:50)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: The cool hi-tech roulette table has trapdoors and a rolling surface and...no it does not. None of that is real, it's all poor CGI. (00:19:00)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: When the protagonist drives through Las Vegas and then to the airport, all the reflections in his car window are tacked-on post-production effects (obvious lens flare, images superimposed on the frame, etc). (00:03:50)

The Son of the Sheik mistake picture

Revealing mistake: During the final chase between the son of the Sheik and the evil oil company henchman, Tomas Milian is replaced on the speedboat by a stuntman wearing a bad wig in some shots, and in other shots by the cutest little puppet that rides the cutest little toy boat. (01:23:00)

College Kings

Revealing mistake: When the protagonist is in the school library, the shelves have always the same few textbooks with easily readable titles spammed all over the place. Using generic nameless books would have avoided the problem easily, this way it is obvious to the point of being distracting.

I Can't Play - S2-E7

Revealing mistake: There are two rather blatant mirrored shots showing the Nankatsu supporters before the second half starts - no way to Miss the guy with the odd green hat and the colorful screamer by him. (00:10:30 - 00:11:40)

A Wounded Prince - S2-E4

Revealing mistake: In the presentation of the teams for Musashi-Nankatsu, a crowd shot shows the same enthusiastic supporters who were cheering for Meiwa in the previous episode. (00:08:55)
