Revealing mistake: After the sequence where the cops eagerly arm themselves with batons (at the funeral of two dozen armed with guns), the ninja disposes of a single motorcyclist. As she knocks him off the bike, you can see on the path the dirt marks at the center of the asphalt from previous takes. (01:06:10)

Revealing mistake: Somehow, every ninja in this movie is really bad at being undetected. Sho Kosugi gets caught again by a guard after fighting with the ones outside the morgue, and disposes of him with a roundhouse kick. The stunt is comically bad, because you can see the guard literally throw himself at the wall headbutting it. (00:55:50)

Revealing mistake: At the climax of the exorcism scene, Christie begins spinning at great speed. That's an impressive supernatural feat already, but the real scary part is that to do, so she also transmorphs into a dummy. (00:52:40)

Revealing mistake: During the movie, the ninja crushes with their bare hands a golf ball (in the opening fight) and a billiard ball (in the fight against Case). Both times the ball is replaced by a shell filled with talcum powder. It's especially conspicuous in the case of the cue ball, because the previous 'stunt' involved slicing one in half and the ball looked nothing like the one she 'pulverizes'. (00:04:00 - 00:38:35)

Revealing mistake: As the ninja starts mowing down people left and right before his victim tries to run him over with the horsepower of a little golf cart, you can see his sword is not actually hitting anybody, even when he's supposed to be stabbing and slashing them. (00:04:00)

Revealing mistake: When the policemen are looking for Jack who poses as a hobo, and when Lopez confronts him and gets killed, the scene is supposed to happen to during the night, but what appears to be daylight comes through the openings (we see the outside of the building when they all escape and there's no light source like that). Revealing mistake: Jack just killed the trancer old lady at the diner's. The place was empty and nobody else was supposed to be there, but as he turns away from the charred remains, in the top right corner of the frame you can see someone peek as Tim Thomerson loudly stumbles into the kitchenware on the floor, and then nonchalantly get back to their business. Revealing mistake: Jack just killed the first Trancer of the movie; the special effect of the corpse disappearing is not only visually poor to the point of being obviously fake, but it also has a clear mistake in execution; there's a spoon on the kitchen counter that changes position between frames (someone on set was careless and moved it, ruining the composite shot). Revealing mistake: When Sho Kosugi stabs the Zombie Green Black Ninja in the skull, the victim falls down replaced by a dummy. (01:28:25)

Revealing mistake: During the fight of the monks that happens on the double squared platform, part of spear gets chopped and flies around the set like it's made of the most flimsy material. (01:21:40)

Revealing mistake: Fight with the possessed monks; Sho Kosugi reluctantly kicks the first one, then he has two in front of him; fighting the leftmost one, he hits him with a great kick, but then his backhand is miles away from connecting. (01:21:15)

Revealing mistake: In the sequence with the ninja knocking two policemen off their bikes at the funeral, the one on the right goes down (not to dodge, but acting like he's being hit) a second before her foot actually hits. (01:05:40)

Revealing mistake: At the funeral, Ninja Christie shoots two arrows. She prepares to shoot a third, but meanwhile (in the shot where a widow is looking around worried and a man in a light suit pulls her away) another guy just dies for no reason hit by something invisible. (01:05:10)
