Continuity mistake: When Magnum jumps over the garden wall, he bumps into rolled up rugs, unfurling one. Which looks the same way at the end of the scene when the same camera angle is used. But the middle part of the scene is shot in a different angle, closer to Tom Selleck's face as he crawls to Higgins and gets up, and in that angle the rugs are piled together in a different way, with the unrolled rug draped over the others. The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When the culprit backs off from the door because of detective Katsumoto and drags Emily with him, she has her left shoulder covered with hair, a little hair, then no hair at all. Even more noticeably, when Higgins tells him that he does not have to do this etc, he is pulling her with him using his hand encumbered with the trinkets bag, but at the cut his hand is empty and directly on her bare shoulder. Continuity mistake: Nice draws a line in the asphalt of the secret passage (cool idea, although there's no way that the bad guys can actually see that especially at a distance!). In the first overhead shot, there's a gap in the line. When the line is shown again next with the first baddie croaking before it, the line has already changed. (01:15:45)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the scene inside the Dennis Nylon mansion, Emily is wearing her bag on the left shoulder. She sneaks her way inside the "employees only" area, loses her cover (the guy bringing clothes upstairs), still with the bag looking the same, but the moment she enters Emily's office in a rush, she is wearing her bag across the chest, right shoulder strap, bag on the left side. Revealing mistake: The actress playing Julie Barbara has short dark hair as is abundantly clear during the lengthy scenes involving her. But for the shot of the explosion, the stuntperson wears a long blonde wig. (00:41:40)

Continuity mistake: Dr. Frederick Chilton infamously leaves a pen on Hannibal's bed. The pen changes position between shots in a rather obvious way, doing almost a 180° turn. (01:00:15)

Continuity mistake: Dining at the Chinese restaurant, Rita asks a fresh refill of her drink. Throughout the scene, the glass appears in her hand seemingly at random between cuts. Not just that; the level of liquid changes as well. It is particularly obvious when she says that the mystery autograph looks like signed by "a retard." (00:17:00)

Continuity mistake: The principal admits his lie and brings the team to his real destination. At the entrance, Commissioner Selwyn Patterson's is standing with his hands behind his back, in front of him, and behind his back again at the cut. (00:23:20)

Continuity mistake: Emily Smith-Dungy just kicked her bags in the snow. Her neighbour and schoolmate Kat drives by and offers her a ride home. Emily after initially rejecting her help accepts it; the trophy switches hands from the first quick shot to the next. Her scarf is also positioned differently. (00:08:40)

Continuity mistake: Taking a fatal bullet from Travis, the robber falls back. He is not just breaking the snack display cabinet, but also knocking one of the dirty Spanish magazines off the clothesline. The magazine falls with him and gets all crimpled between his arm and the counter, but vanishes entirely in the rest of the scene. (01:08:50)

Continuity mistake: Clarice Starling is interrupted during her training course, and her clothes are sweaty, with a stain that goes under the breast and the "FBI Academy" logo. She rushes back to the building, and her jersey dried sufficiently up to be clean all the way above the logo. Even more obviously, when she gets in the elevator the V patterned sweat stain goes all the way to the middle of her back, but when she is making her way through the corridors leading to Jack Crawford's office, again the stain has dried off considerably. Revealing mistake: When the Senator finishes his speech and steps off the stage, Travis begins to move making his way through the crowd. Several extras are recycled appearing in inconsistent positions - look no further than the black woman with a bright flower patterned pink shirt; she is simultaneously in front of Travis as he begins to move in the outer section, and right between Charles Palantine and the stage in the shot immediately after. And then she keeps popping up where she's not supposed to be, continuously. (01:36:20)

Continuity mistake: Rick pulls up in a car to the right side of a helicopter, gets out, and gets in the helicopter. When the helicopter is shown taking off, there is no car next to it. (00:38:20)
