Continuity mistake: Dwayne realises that he did not ask the cute girl's name, and looks at her now far away. Something is wrong with this shot of Joséphine Jobert and her derriere; walking down the same street there's the same couple that is having a drink right next to Dwayne (his black shirt with colourful drawings is not exactly hard to miss). Continuity mistake: Emily removes from her outfit the jacket and the dickey and leaves them on the couch before she gets booze (for some reason in another room). The dickey lies on top of the jacket, untouched and yet obviously in different ways in the various shots - look at it the first time, with just a little part sticking out over the couch and down its back, and then look at it when Emily comes back, and how the jacket and dickey are practically parallel. Other mistake: In the newspaper intermission between days, one headline about the supplies distribution problem is entered twice, one time plural, another time singular.

Continuity mistake: Valeria went to the first meeting with Alberto Rak at his place. In the following scene her mother Amalia enters her apartment bringing breakfast. Between takes Laura Morante picked up the tray from opposite directions, since the coffee cup switched from left to right during her walk from one end of the corridor to the other. (00:10:50)

Other mistake: Ten minutes into the movie, during the credits one character is presented as "Cheno", but in the end credits he's "Chino". (00:10:35)

Continuity mistake: When the two criminals seen at the beginning kill the drug dealer, he is initially still sporting his sunglasses, rolled at the back of his neck. When they drive away, the shades somehow ended up in a totally different spot around his midsection. (00:03:55)

Did You See the Sun Rise? - S3-E1
Revealing mistake: Going through the database with Lieutenant Maggie Poole, Magnum spots finally Ivan's picture. This involuntary puts a rather hilarious twist to one of the most famous and dramatic endings of a TV episode, since that picture from the military intelligence database is exactly from the 'future', aka the ending of the episode; Ivan is wearing the same black suit and tie (pretty weird already with the setting) that he will wear in the ending, and is even in front of the same tree leaf by leaf. Visible crew/equipment: Higgins butts in the innuendo-laced tennis exchange between the three friends at the beginning of the episode. Very first frame he's in, and look at the boom mike shadow on the left of the screen, on the floor. (00:03:30)

Revealing mistake: In one of the many cartoonish scenes involving Rick, he gets utterly stunned by the weak silly airplane-spin like movie Borgnine performs on him and after a chirping birds sound effect is played, he - or rather, his stuntman - does a Ric Flair faceflop. The stuntman is wearing tennis shoes with clean rubber soles. After his scene with Higgins, Magnum arrives with TC and Rick in a headlock - Rick falls in that shot, and he is wearing patent dress shoes with black soles. (00:27:20 - 00:29:40)

Continuity mistake: Megan grabs DI Richard Poole's hand sobbing "I'm scared." We're talking about her left hand, because in the right hand she's holding the handkerchief he gave her. When DS Camille Bordey butts in, she is clinging to his hand with her right, and holds the hankie in her left. It keeps happening even during the conversation. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: Discussing the hanged figurine in Higgins' study, Magnum is holding the string very close to the noose in the close-up, but definitely at large distance in the wider angles. (00:12:00)

Other mistake: During the airport reunion with father and son, there are several boxes of "Cole" brand pineapples...which are just Dole brand pineapples with masking tape put on to alter the letter D to a C. The tape came off one box revealing the original unaltered letter - you can also see it on the side of a box carried by an extra, Cole on the front, but Dole on the side. (00:43:05)

Continuity mistake: Magnum walks back to the car after spending 4 hours at the archives. A woman with a brown dress with a red belt crosses his path and walks away. Magnum then stands in front of the parkometer (and the parking tickets), but the woman is just then passing him by. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: In the hilarious stretched out comedy scene with Magnum trying to chase the suspect in his armor, whenever he is shown charging at the door and eventually breaking in, he is wearing the sword that he never retrieved - and in the moments when it's Tom Selleck in the armor and not a stuntman, he is not wearing it. The Eighth Part of the Village - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: Magnum is struggling to load the big heavy crate in the van, or make it budge at all. Over half of the crate is in the shadow of the building, but in the rest of the scene when Magnum has to fight the two muscleheads off, it's suddenly fully in the sun. (00:09:30)

The Cat Who Cried Wolf - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: Magnum gives chase to the person who escaped from the house with the dead body. The guy throws behind him an ironing board; when we get the following shot with the camera following Jay Hernandez, we can also spot the cameraman following Jay Hernandez, reflected in the mirror on the left side of the frame.
