Continuity mistake: When Derek's uncle arrives during his interrogation, the badge and pen in front of Jack change position entirely. When the original camera angle is used again, the objects are exactly where they first appeared. (00:28:05 - 00:29:20)
Continuity mistake: In the first WW2 flashback the protagonist is handing the various items to the Nazi doorman. When he puts down the pen, he is doing it with a left hand in the table close-up, but he picked it with his right, as the left arm is busy holding the coat. (00:02:05)

Factual error: Throughout the whole movie, whenever federal agents (or people posing as such...) tasked with the case are shown, they wear uniforms with "U.S.A. Marshals" written in big yellow letters. Of course the one and only correct spelling would be "U.S. Marshal"

Continuity mistake: En route from the front door of Wayne's mansion to the table in the Batcave, the pile of pizza boxes in Alfred and then in Mike's hands continues to change in size and number: at first the pizza girl delivers 11 boxes, Mike slams on the table just 8, but he brought down the stairs twice that amount (without counting through freeze-frame the precise numbers, it's simply obvious at first glance that the pile is bigger in some shots and the pizzas themselves are pictured of inconsistent size).

Continuity mistake: Rafe has just met the bumbling fool that is his principal: as Leo sneaks out of the building to meet them, behind Rafe a girl wearing white and pink is walking past them and getting into school. Several seconds later as the principal has already begun lecturing Rafe, the camera is back on him and the same girl is again walking behind him and getting to school. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: When the Rock enters the first kid's room, pay attention to the blue building block on the floor and how it is turned. Just for the shots where the cat arrives and The Rock has to hide behind it, the block rotated 90°. It goes back to how it was a moment later, otherwise the curved path would not face the door and the Rock couldn't fly towards the door. (00:33:30 - 00:36:15)

Continuity mistake: When the limo pulls over to ask directions to the protagonists, Jackie has washed away the soap from one corner of the van, but when he turns around to talk to the bowler hat guy, the front of the van is back being all bubbly-soapy. (00:05:10)

Continuity mistake: In the sequence with Terence Hill and Marvin Hagler giving chase to the bad guys, when the baddies break the guard-rail and supposedly drop one level, the lights of the chasing car are still fully visible through the back window before the good guys take the same dive from the highway ramp.

Revealing mistake: When Will screams in front of the mirror, imagining himself turned into Carlton, something went wrong making the composite shot and not only you can actually see the line of separation between the two frames, but the superimposed one exposes a bit of the mirror woodframe before it wiggles into the correct position and covers it up. Continuity mistake: When the Rock is giving the kid his present (a hockey stick) the paper covering it changes height in the shots. He even takes the paper almost all the way off when in the next shot it is back on.
