The X-Files Game (1998)

The X-Files Game mistake picture

Other mistake: The suspect James Wong in international localizations of the game (Italian and Spanish that I could personally check) has two discordant dates of birth on the same official FBI file; one is 10/04/1948, the one and only in the English version, the second inside the body of the notes is 11/01/1950.

Outcast (2014)

Other mistake: It is stated by the caption ("The far East; 3 years later") that the events of most of the movie take place 3 years after the prologue. Thus, both Nicolas Cage and Hayden Christensen have made it to China and learned flawless Chinese (there's no language barrier whatsoever and they understand each other perfectly at all times) in less time than that, while being on crack and on other considerable hardships, too.

Outcast (2014)

Other mistake: In some international versions (German, Italian) the movie is titled "The Last Templar", which does not fit at all the proposed 12th century timeframe.

Justice League (2017)

Other mistake: The janitor, Howard, stops Dr. Stone to talk to him about the loss of his son. Look at his badge; the person on it sports a beard and sideburns and a hat, and it's "Jensen" plus initial. Later on the same janitor hears a noise inside the lab and you can see the badge picture is different and it lists the full first and last name. The first scene was a Whedon reshoot, so probably after weeks they didn't have the original prop and made another one. (00:18:55 - 00:21:15)

Justice League (2017)

Other mistake: The security guard alerts Batman about Barry Allen's arrival pushing a button on his phone. The date on the phone says it's Friday 20th Jan, which is coherent with the year (2017) this version of the movie is set in, but too early for the K-pop "As if it's your last" music video playing in Flash's lair (it was a summer release). Other mistake: Before Wonder Woman bursts into the room with the terrorists there's a cut to the schoolgirls watching the bomb about to blow. The girl to the far left is actually cracking a laugh. You may justify it as a hysterical reaction (she does the same in the foreground when the baddie turns the key), but appearing just in brief moments and with her looking properly afraid in other shots, it just looks wrong. Whedon's version didn't feature the corpsing. (00:20:40 - 00:21:35)

Other mistake: Apparently, one of Aquaman's superpowers must be to be super-heavy, since surfing on the body of a parademon he lands on a five story building and that somehow slices the whole building in half, complete with explosions that leave him unscathed and don't turn the parademon's carcass into a pulp. Ryo Shoots an Own Goal - S1-E23

Other mistake: Ishizaki's entrance is completely different from the ending of the previous episode; he just walked in while Tsubasa was talking with the Tachibanas, while in this episode he stumbles and everyone including Tsubasa is looking at him. (00:03:30)

The Brothers Tachibana - S1-E22

Other mistake: When the Nankatsu player is injured, Genzo reacts to the event watching it happen through the TV - but he shouldn't be there watching the match, he said he was going to train instead. The next episode in fact shows that he missed the goal and therefore the injury. (00:21:40)

I've Got Batman in My Basement - S1-E20

Other mistake: Toss a brick into a pile of empty boxes, and they won't fly around like it is shown. The heavy brick will sink into whatever hits and possibly other boxes will be affected; here the brick does not deform the box it hits and every single cardboard acts like bouncy balls. (00:13:30)

I've Got Batman in My Basement - S1-E20

Other mistake: The Batmobile moves because Roberta is pushing the gas pedal...but one of the first shots when we see the car move, shows Roberta rolling to the back of the cockpit because of the acceleration. The car does not slow down or anything, though. (00:09:35)

Other mistake: Sherman touches by mistake the "OFF" button...which turns the conveyor belt on (there is a separate ON button...for some reason). Not just that; the buttons also look completely different between shots; first they are circular buttons with colored lights on top, then they are nondescript small levers. (00:06:55)
