Visible crew/equipment: When Eddie arrives at the casino near the end of the film, he opens the car door and in the reflection you can see the filming crew.

Continuity mistake: When Jack runs Lo Pan over with the truck, he signals Jack to drive towards him. A shot later when the truck hits him, his hand is lowered.

Revealing mistake: When Bond slides along the ice he is very obviously grabbing a cable that pulls him along.

Continuity mistake: When the henchman on the cliff crashes on the floor his left arm changes position between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: When Bond arrives at Shrublands the moving boom mic's pole is reflected on the car's windshield.

Continuity mistake: The snake bursts out of the toilet and breaks it into pieces. Angle changes to a wide shot and the toilet is unblemished.

Continuity mistake: When the SUV is pulling away with Loretta in the rear with Rafi, the passenger seat of the vehicle is empty (not occupied by Abigail) then seconds later Abigail is there, window down. (00:23:58)

Continuity mistake: Xenia's hair is tied up in a pony tail, but when Bond fires at the helicopter it's loose. Then it goes back to a pony tail. (01:43:00 - 01:44:01)

Visible crew/equipment: When Kananga and Bond are fighting a cable protrudes under Kananga's jacket, it even lifts up his clothes. Seemingly the mic cable. (01:54:27)

Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, when James Bond pushes Tee Hee outside the train, you can see his real arm during one quick shot.

Trivia: Among the attendees at the Ivory Tower one can spot (from left to right): Chewbacca, Mickey Mouse, E.T. the extraterrestrial, 2 Ewoks and C3PO. In the close-up, Yoda is in the background.

Continuity mistake: At the car park, Bond disappears in all the wide shots of the car but reappears in the close-ups. This was due because the stunt driver was seated in the back seat.
