![Persuasion picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14611_sm.jpg)
Factual error: Twice during the movie, streetlights are visible: once when lady Russell informs Anne of Wentworth's engagements, and once while Anne is running after Wentworth. (Streetlights, lit by gas, were indeed conceived during the regency period - but they were experimental curiosities, and certainly not yet installed nationwide).

Continuity mistake: The champagne bottle was behind some candles on the table, but in front of them and in the corner of the table when Danny picked it up. The number and arrangement of the (CGI) candles also varied with close-up versus more distant views. (00:04:42)
![Sins of the Father picture](/images/titles/15000-15999/15311_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: There are orange traffic cones about 3' from each side of the front bumper of Sarah's car, but they are not always visible when they should be. In the right-rear view of the car, the left cone is not visible, but the car cannot conceal it. The traffic cone is visible before Aden is walking around the front of the car, but not when he is walking to the door. The tip of a cone is visible some distance opposite the rear passenger door, but cannot be the one near the front bumper. (00:01:52 - 00:02:55)
![American Carnage picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14729_sm.jpg)
Factual error: The owl that JP was looking at made a "who who" sound. The owl may appear to be a Snowy Owl (one many people are familiar with), but it is a Barn Owl. Barn owls are not "true" owls and it is the true owls who "give a hoot." Barn owls don't hoot; they make a screeching or squealing sound which can be piercing (and eerie to some people). (00:32:50)
![Puppet Master: Doktor Death picture](/images/titles/15000-15999/15277_sm.jpg)
Factual error: April arrives for her first day of work at "Shady Oaks Senior Living" and sees Max, the resident who passed away the night before, being wheeled out on a stretcher with his head uncovered. A deceased person's entire body would be covered by the sheet. (00:03:14)
![Agent Game picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14655_sm.jpg)
Other mistake: Visser was face-to-face with Omar when she shot him in the neck (looked more like it would be in his mouth before the camera shift) yet she did not get any blood splatter on her shooting hand, face, or clothes. There also wasn't much blood on Omar considering he was hit with a near-contact if not actual contact shot. (00:45:41 - 00:47:12)
![Terror on the Prairie picture](/images/titles/15000-15999/15442_sm.jpg)
Factual error: It's winter in Montana, yet there are rattlesnakes out in the cold.
![Escape the Field picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14660_sm.jpg)
Revealing mistake: The size of the spider walking off Sam's face becomes disproportionately smaller too fast compared to its size while on her cheek plus the spider's awkward movements are indicative of CGI. (00:02:20)
![The Year of the Dog picture](/images/titles/15000-15999/15197_sm.jpg)
Deliberate mistake: Except in certain angled views of Fred (with Matt in the passenger seat), the rearview mirror is darkened/blackened. (00:08:55)
![Catwoman: Hunted picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14672_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: The view from the (unseen) car driving toward the distant house on a hill showed fog well above the pine trees, but when the car/limo got to the house/mansion (10 seconds later), there was no fog. (00:02:17)
![Fortress: Sniper's Eye picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14663_sm.jpg)
Other mistake: It isn't clear whether Robert's gunshot wound was an "entrance" or "entrance and exit" and if the nurse or surgeon? wearing scrubs committed a character mistake - "We were worried, given how deep the bullet penetrated" but Sasha "heard the bullet passed through Robert's shoulder." "Penetrating" means the bullet entered but stayed inside the body; "Perforating" means the bullet passed through the body. In general, perforating gunshot wounds tend to be less serious and therefore less "worrisome." (00:06:23 - 00:07:42)
![Play Dead picture](/images/titles/15000-15999/15179_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: After Ross is shot, he lies on the pavement with his head to the left of the white line, but later his head is to the right of the white line. (His body would not be rotated 180° by police.) His head is on the white line in between this discrepancy. (00:06:38 - 00:09:30)
![Jackass Forever picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14386_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: During the "Quiet Game," the taser model changes when Rachel licks it and finishes the challenge.
![The Reef: Stalked picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14741_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: The amount of wine in Annie's glass (as well as Nic's) decreases then increases without her adding any. Annie had almost one-half a glass of wine when she poured some into Nic's glass, then it was closer to one-fourth full. A little later, Annie's glass appeared to have the amount she initially had when she approached Nic. (00:13:59)
![In the Forest picture](/images/titles/15000-15999/15334_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: Stan (Grandpa) gets impaled in his upper left arm by the metal jack part. The front of his jersey's short sleeve is saturated with blood, almost to the orange stripe near his shoulder. Helen goes to see her dad's injury, and Stan's upper shirt sleeve and shoulder are free of blood, but the lower part and his arm are covered. (00:12:09)
![Burn picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14692_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: The views of Pinero's dead "trophy wife" from opposite sides of the bed were not consistent. From Seth's view, Pinero's wife was lying mostly on her right side with her hair covering her head/neck but otherwise not visible, and her right arm extended outward from her waist area. From the other side of the bed, Pinero's wife's long wavy hair was over her left breast and should have been visible from Seth's position but was not. The wife's right arm also extended outward from her shoulder area. (00:00:22 - 00:01:19)
![Gasoline Alley picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14491_sm.jpg)
Other mistake: James told Det Vargas he left the bar "2:30, give or take" and Vargas responded, "bar closes at 2:30 [AM]." When Star approached James at the bar, she said, "When I see a guy alone at the bar at three in the morning..." It is questionable if Detective Vargas was correct about the closing time. Traditionally, bars in L.A. closed at 2:00 AM. CA's Business and Professional Code on serving alcoholic beverages apparently now allows serving alcohol until 3:00 (not 2:30) AM - was this in effect? (00:04:33 - 00:11:50)
![Amityville Uprising picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14669_sm.jpg)
Other mistake: It had been (acid) raining for some time and a puddle along the curb was shown with brown (Fall) leaves in it. If the acid rain was dangerous enough to eat away human flesh, it should have been powerful enough to erode/destroy the fallen leaves soaking in the puddle full of acid rain. (01:02:10)
![The Fabelmans picture](/images/titles/15000-15999/15258_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: When Sammy tells Boris, he has to make the camp movie, he holds the script with one or two hands depending on the angle.
![Barbarian picture](/images/titles/14000-14999/14805_sm.jpg)
Other mistake: When Tess says good night to Keith, the lights in the bedroom are on, but the switch is down (off position) but when she wakes up in the middle of the night, the lights are off and the switch is still down. We see a lamp on the same side as the switch but even if she turned it off manually, being plugged into that AC outlet would mean the lamp would probably be off based on the switch. If the switch was up in both shots, it would be different.
