Continuity mistake: In 1954, when Killian is about to leave home, he sticks a pair of skis into the snow. In the shot of Killian sticking his skis into the snow, his body is rotated slightly to the left to be face-to-face with the skis and his hands are touching them. In the next shot, his body is suddenly facing forwards and his hands are off the skis. (00:10:19)
Character mistake: In his opening prologue, Burt says the Graboids have been contained to the Northern Hemisphere, showing a map highlighting the Graboid attacks of the first film in Nevada and the second film in Mexico. However, it overlooks the Graboid/Shrieker attack in Argentina, in the Southern hemisphere, shown at the beginning of Tremors 3, an incursion Burt personally put down. It's not like it was classified - characters in that movie talk about it being reported by CNN, and characters in the Tremors TV series talk about it as well. And it's not like Tremors 3 is no longer canon, since Burt makes two references to being swallowed by the Graboid in that movie (which also becomes a plot point in Tremors 6).
Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning of the movie, the Sergeant pulls his jeep over and headbutts a prisoner who is carrying a Danish flag, seizing it. In the following shot he has his arms open and shoves away another prisoner, no flag in his hands. Next shot, he's standing by the bleeding prisoner, folded flag in hand. (00:02:25)
Factual error: Dev Patel is standing in front of Trinity College's statue of Issac Newton. Directly behind the statue is a marble wall with names carved into it. This wall is a list of the members of the college who died in World War II. It would not have existed in 1914.
Other mistake: When Otto Preminger calls Trumbo from his car to announce that Trumbo's real name would be credited for Exodus, Preminger tells him to look at the front page of the New York Times. The problem is that Trumbo has already picked up the paper from his counter and is reading before Preminger even tells him which newspaper features the article.
Factual error: Although her correct rank of Second Subaltern is used sometimes, Princess Elizabeth is also referred to both by herself and other military personnel as Junior Subaltern, Second Lieutenant and Lieutenant. Military personnel know ranks.
Continuity mistake: During the saloon heist, Luke Wilson comes in to distracts Harvey Keitel. Danny pulls out a roll of banknotes to buy "some real scotch from Scotchland"; one of the girls poured a drink to Smiley and put the bottle down, but the bottle in a following shot is in a different position. (00:50:50)
Character mistake: The protagonist is reading the review of his book "Bitter Tulips." The influential literary critic publication apparently has zero proofreading, since the article says that the novel "can be described as AN failed experiment." (00:45:00)
Factual error: The girls missed the bus for the football match because one of them got stuck. Luckily they manage to stop a passing truck and ask for a lift to overtake the bus, which, they stress, was bringing the girls "to Trabzon." When their custodians see them cheer on TV and drama ensues, the match is Galatasaray (GS) vs Trabzonspor (TZS); the home team is Galatasaray, so they should be playing in Istanbul. (00:27:30 - 00:29:30)
Factual error: Summer and Carmen are at the saloon and catch on the local news the report of the kidnapping. The scene is set in Tuscany, Italy, but the news anchor is Spanish actress Paz Vega, speaking with an obvious accent and mispronouncing words. To make the whole situation even more absurd, she is supposed to portray a native Italian speaker, "Giulia Carni": the last name is Italian sounding but nonexistent in reality, and the headline used for the news report, "Nonna-napper", "kidnapper of grandmother" has such an awkward and unnatural sound and feel in Italian and for an Italian audience, that nobody ever would use it. (00:37:50)
Continuity mistake: When the boys are about to enter the woods and they arrive on their bikes, the younger boy can be seen first on his bike, then standing next to his bike in the next shot, then on his bike, then he's off it again where he lets it fall onto its side.
Continuity mistake: In order for Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman to break into the secret room, they knock it down. Four enemies who were waiting for them in front of the door are crushed by the falling door and blood is splattered, forming a pool of blood in front of the door. During the fight that follows, there are several shots where the knocked over door is shown, but the pool of blood at the front of the door has vanished. (00:07:10)
Revealing mistake: In the Senior Citizen bus tour scene, just when the bus stops and almost hits the piece of construction equipment, Sofia Vergara is fixing her handcuffs. She adjusts them because one has visibly fallen off her wrist.
Continuity mistake: During the fight scene with the contract killer in the apartment building, the killer's coat catches fire. As the scene and fight continues, the coat is no longer on fire. (01:16:30)
Continuity mistake: The handful of yams (pureed) that Glory throws onto the left side of her bowl is spread out, relatively flat, and spans close to the bowl's rim. Suddenly, the yams are piled higher and further away from the bowl. The yams on both sides appear to vary, but other views are too short to be confirmed (without pausing). (00:48:11)
Continuity mistake: During the fight in the garage, the protagonist neutralizes (and maybe neuters) one of the baddies crotching him with the car door. In that sequence, his hands keep changing position on the door. (00:07:30)
Continuity mistake: When the two protagonists are introduced to the private room and watch Dan's video message, the clock in the background never moves despite the several minutes duration.
Other mistake: During the opening, when Danny rides his bike past the boatyard, the image has been reversed. The registration numbers on the boats appear as mirror images.
Factual error: Michael's wife meets with Longo in prison, and she has an iPhone. The trial was in 2003, 4 years before the introduction of the iPhone in 2007.
Factual error: The movie is set in the late 90s but in the parking lot scenes, the pair are surrounded by cars as new as 2012.
