![The L Word picture](/images/titles/6000-6999/6097_sm.jpg)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Dana comes back from spending the night with her manager, Alice pushes Jenny and runs and dives in bed. You can see a good shot of a camera man in the mirror.
![Blake's 7 picture](/images/titles/4000-4999/4844_sm.jpg)
Time Squad - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: During Blake's first encounter with Cally, the smudges on the front of his tunic (including a big chalky footprint left by her boot) disappear, reappear and rearrange themselves several times between shots. (00:31:20)
![Kyle XY picture](/images/titles/6000-6999/6713_sm.jpg)
Revealing mistake: In the scene after the fire, when Kyle is playing with a candle, as he picks up the candle his belly button is visible. It has been established that Kyle has no belly button, therefore this is a mistake.
![Rome picture](/images/titles/5000-5999/5257_sm.jpg)
Factual error: The verse Octavia recites is from Virgilius' poem "the Aeneid". That poem was written at least a quarter of a decade after the death of Caesar.
![Hawaii Five-O picture](/images/titles/6000-6999/6238_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: 9-4 "Man on Fire": McGarrett's blackboard already lists plutonium as the poison source before Dr. Ormsbee enters to inform him that plutonium was the poison source.
![George Lopez picture](/images/titles/4000-4999/4688_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: When George comes upstairs to his bedroom, he closes the door carefully behind him. Then he goes to look in the mirror for a moment, and when he heads back to his bed, the door is wide open.
![Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles picture](/images/titles/7000-7999/7377_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: All shots of the Jeep Cherokee prior to it crashing (and during the process of flipping over) show that it wears factory-optional silver steel wheels of a 'star' style. But as the wreck settles upside-down, it's wearing plain steel wheels (like those found under full wheel covers or on a spare tire).
![Quantum Leap picture](/images/titles/3000-3999/3744_sm.jpg)
The Leap Home (1) - November 25, 1969 - S3-E1
Factual error: The Post Raisin Bran cereal box sitting on the Beckett family breakfast table in 1969 has a 1990s box design. (00:18:00)
![Tru Calling picture](/images/titles/3000-3999/3724_sm.jpg)
Plot hole: Throughout the series, auxiliary characters are always far too willing to give all kinds of information to Tru. Doctors and registrars constantly give her privileged information about patients and students. Tru is often able to retrieve information like addresses and phone numbers from people's service and utility companies, when normally you must verify your own information before they will even talk to you about your account. Of course there can't be an episode if Tru doesn't quickly find the person who asked for her help, even though she doesn't usually know much more than their name, but it's still a bit conspicuous.
![Homicide: Life on the Street picture](/images/titles/7000-7999/7202_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: In an interior shot of the detectives' vehicle, the car is a late 80s Chrysler (LeBaron or K-Car), obvious from the 'pentastar' logo on the steering wheel and the distinctive gauge layout. When the detectives walk away from the car, it is the homicide standard issue Chevrolet Cavalier.
![Imposters picture](/images/titles/12000-12999/12330_sm.jpg)
Factual error: In the opening sequence when Maddie is supposedly driving from Michigan through Ohio and back to Pennsylvania, you can very briefly spot the reflection of a "TD Canada Trust" in the car window. This is because the show is actually shot in Vancouver. In the United States the company is simply known as "TD Bank", which doesn't operate any branches in either Michigan or Ohio. (00:01:55)
![Houdini and Doyle picture](/images/titles/11000-11999/11551_sm.jpg)
Factual error: The show starts in 1901 with a woman constable working for the Metropolitan Police Service (Scotland Yard). However women didn't join the Metropolitan Police until 1919 (which is also when the first woman's police uniform was created). Prior to that, women volunteered in the Women's Police Service, but that wasn't formed until 1914.
![Walker, Texas Ranger picture](/images/titles/5000-5999/5616_sm.jpg)
Character mistake: Trivette hands the man in yellow a bullet recovered from the plane Walker and Alex were traveling on, which was shot down by an assassin flying a P-51 Mustang. This man, and later Trivette, mistakenly refer to the round as a "50mm," when in reality, Mustangs were equipped with M2 Browning .50 Caliber (12.7 mm) machine guns. (00:30:25)
![iZombie picture](/images/titles/11000-11999/11286_sm.jpg)
Factual error: They used an EpiPen to bring Liv back but they're holding it backwards. The way it's being held, Ravi would have injected himself instead of Liv and she wouldn't be revived.
![Selena: The Series picture](/images/titles/13000-13999/13651_sm.jpg)
Opening Act - S1-E4
Factual error: At the beginning, the screen shows that the year is 1988 in Corpus Christi, TX, then the camera pans into Selena and her sister eating tacos when their friend Jake arrives wearing an Arizona Diamondbacks shirt. The Diamondbacks did not exist in 1988. Phoenix was awarded a Major League Baseball expansion team in 1995 and the Diamondbacks made their debut in 1998, 10 years after this scene takes place. (00:00:30)
![Queen of the South picture](/images/titles/12000-12999/12524_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: When James is taking pictures from a car as men are entering a hotel, in the shots of him head on he is using a Canon EOS camera with a 70-200mm white lens. In shots from the side he is using a Nikon camera with an older Nikon lens. (00:27:35)
![Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) picture](/images/titles/8000-8999/8038_sm.jpg)
A Sentimental Journey - S1-E19
Revealing mistake: Dialogue in the episode specifically mentions the A2 and A282 roads near Dartford, Kent - the actual roads used were the A1 Barnet by-pass, Galley Lane and Well End Road. The error is revealed by the sight of a road sign that appears just as the Austin Princess Limousine turns on the the main road - the sign shows that the car is not turning on the the A2/A282 near Dartford, but the A1 at Barnet some 40 miles away.
![Dead Like Me picture](/images/titles/3000-3999/3707_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rube shakes hands with the animal protesters, he is not wearing the trash bag while shaking their hands. He is wearing the trash bag immediately before and after. (00:04:45)
Suggested correction: He is wearing the trash bag because one of the posters commits on it.
![FBI picture](/images/titles/12000-12999/12534_sm.jpg)
Plot hole: The FBI is looking for a "very tall" guy who has been identified as such by various witnesses and by their own expert due to the entry angle of a fatal bullet wound - 6'5" at least. They send Elena into a bar near the end of the show to meet the Albanian perp who when he arrives is barely average height.
![Jessica Jones picture](/images/titles/11000-11999/11320_sm.jpg)
Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the episode she picks up her phone but the screen shows the incoming call still coming through, and the screen doesn't go dark when she puts it to her ear. (00:29:30)
